From start to finish, working with Premium Drainage and Erosion Solutions was the absolute best experience I've had with any home project! I met with Adrian, the owner, and he listened to all of my concerns, answered all questions, was so friendly and honest in doing so, and came up with a plan that made the most sense to me compared to other quotes I received. Communication about every aspect of the job - finalizing a plan, scheduling start dates, etc. - was very responsive and clear. As for the work that was done, the Premium D&E crew was absolutely professional, clean and detail-oriented! They went above and beyond what I imagined or thought was possible. They didn't just add the features that were discussed, they totally transformed the space. These guys worked so hard, and you can tell they really love and take pride in what they do. When the project was finished I didn't have enough words to thank them and share my appreciation for all of their hard work!

I generally don't take time to write reviews like this unless I am really impressed with the company and the quality of their work. Premium Drainage and Erosion Solutions definitely impressed me - they are probably the best contractor I have worked with. The owner, Adrian, is extremely professional and goes above and beyond to ensure that his customer is happy with the work. I don't think I have one single complaint with the work they did, which consisted of three projects: 1. Removal of a concrete patio and installation of a large Techo Bloc paver patio 2. A custom built pergola with privacy wall, hand railings, and gate 3. French drain that ran through the back of the yard that was connected to the downspouts from the house which ran under the patio I received a few quotes for this project. The owner, Adrian, impressed me from day one - the quote was competitive, but what really set it apart from the other companies was the level of detail provided for the project. The quote included a detailed explanation of what would be done and with what materials - the other companies provided much more vague descriptions. Adrian took the time to walk through the property to explain the work that would be performed. When I had follow-up questions, he made another in-person visit to walk through things again. Responses to email communications were very prompt. When Adrian is busy onsite or meeting other clients, Marissa consistency monitored emails and made sure Adrian got back to me to address any questions I had. Before the work started, Adrian made another visit to confirm the details of the project before commencing work. Once the work started, the crew was very careful not to damage the lawn with - as much as you could be with all of the work being performed and the heavy equipment required. Jose, the crew chief, and his team were very careful with removal of the concrete patio and did a lot of prep work and going over the ground multiple times with a soil compactor to ensure it was level and firm prior to installation of the pavers. The drains for the downspouts were also run underneath the ground and connected to our french drain (something the company that built our concrete patio did not do). The Techo Bloc pavers are a bit more expensive, but they look amazing and are definitely worth the price. The area we live in is pretty windy, so we needed a pergola that was well anchored. The pergola was custom built 13 x 15 and almost 10 feet tall, with posts anchored 2 feet into the ground with concrete. A few smaller posts were also added for the privacy wall, hand railing, and gate. The ground in our backyard slopes a bit, so they needed to make sure everything was designed so that is was completely level. During the project, we decided to make a couple of changes to what we wanted - Jose and his team were able to adjust on the fly with no issues. When digging the drain, the crew was very careful not to damage the lawn - many areas that were dug up would be replaced with the sod. When the drain was completed, it's almost impossible to tell that the yard was dug up at all. In areas where the lawn was too damaged to recover, it was replaced with new sod as part of the project. The same was done around the patio as there was no way the lawn would recover in those areas due to the extent of the work being performed. Throughout the project, Adrian would consistently stop by the check and progress and see if I had any questions or concerns. At the end of the project, he did a couple of walkthroughs to confirm the quality of the work and that there were no issues that needed to be addressed. Adrian identified a few very minor issues that I didn't even notice and sent his crew out again to fix them. This really demonstrated to me that customer satisfaction was more important to him that his bottom line. If I have any additional projects in the future that they specialize in, Premium Drainage and Erosion Solutions will definitely be my first choice.

Our wooden retaining wall was heavily leaning and rotting. After speaking to Adrian, we discovered the cause were downspouts under the deck that had disconnected. We also had a previous contractor install a driveway a few years back over corrugated pipe which of course had crushed and was breaking apart the driveway from underneath. PDES tied four downspouts together under ground and the driveway to route all the water away from our home and to a dry well a good distance from our house. They also routed an existing french drain, another downspout and our sump pump to either the dry well or a pop-up emitter. We had received several quotes for the work and found PDES in line with the others. I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review to experience several storms and to verify the grass along the driveway was no longer sopping wet for weeks. I am happy to report our water issues have finally been resolved. Also, the new stone retaining wall looks great, in fact we plan on adding a matching one on the other side of our house.

It was an excellent experience with Premium Drainage from start to finish. After receiving a few quotes/ideas to manage flowing and pooling water in our backyard, it was obvious to us that Premium Drainage offered the best solution. During the time before the work started (they were scheduling about 6 months out when we booked), we contacted Premium Drainage about additional work we wanted to include in the project. They were very helpful and communicative with this and we were able to do all of the work at the same time! Adrian and his team were very professional, punctual, organized, and responsive. Rene and the crew that completed our project were fantastic! They disturbed as little of the yard as possible (which is impressive considering they needed to dig across the entire thing!), laid topsoil and planted grass seed after completion. Everything is working exactly as Adrian said it would. We are very pleased with the outcome and have already recommended Premium Drainage to friends and family!

Work was on budget, on schedule, and the quality was outstanding. Workers are highly skilled and very courteous and friendly. Rates are very reasonable and I would highly recommend them. I will hire them again.

I would use Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions in a heartbeat. One side of my yard, which is a low grade, was waterlogged, creating a lot of standing water. Premium Drainage located all of the standing water and recommended a great solution.

Premium Drainage & Erosion Services were professional and courteous during the entire project providing a final outside patio that was beautiful. At all points during the construction they provided answers to our questions and easily worked with us where minor design adjustments were requested. Overall, they went above and beyond with making our dream patio and pavilion a reality and would highly recommend them.

I wanted to wait until we had enough rain/snow to test out the french drain that Premium Drainage put in our back yard. Well......the difference was night and day. Sure it's still a little wet (we had 10 inches of snow followed by rain and we have clay soil), but we don't have to wear rain boots to walk in our back yard now!! They were very easy to work with from the first estimate until the job was complete. And the people who installed them were WONDERFUL! They cleaned up our yard as they worked, and you would NEVER know that there are 6 drains in the yard. They clearly knew what they were doing! Plus, the office staff was responsive and friendly. In addition, they put in a lovely stone landing below the steps from our deck. It was fan shaped and a bit of a challenge. The results were marvelous! Wish I had the need for some more stone work in our yard!!

A really awesome company to work with. We had a huge issue with standing water in our yard after it rained. The drainage system has completely taken care of that issue. Plus, it looks beautiful. We want to get our deck completely redone and when we can we will also be using these guys for that! Very professional and hardworking!

I would recommend Premium Drainage. They communicated well throughout the process. Adrian came out twice to provide estimates and discuss solutions. When time to do the service, they kept to schedule and were prompt and courteous. Adrian and his crew worked hard and were careful to make minimum damage to yard, especially considering over 150 feet of drain and pipe were installed. The only reason I did not give 5 Stars is because we have yet to see if the installment will fix the problem with storms drainage and yard flooding.

They were able to come ahead of schedule by a few weeks, which was great. Did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. Workers were professional and left the back yard looking better than it looked when they arrived.

Our backyard drainage is so poor that even a small rain caused our yard to become a swamp. After fighting this for nearly twenty years we finally decided to bite the bullet and get a professional company to design a drainage solution that would permanently dry up our yard. We invited two highly respected companies to design solutions to fix our yard. Both companies were major operators in our area and had stellar reviews. We left the designs up to each company and ultimately chose Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions LLC. Adrian met with us and spent the time to really understand our requirements, not only to solve the drainage but also create an attractive element in our landscaping. Their crew was very professional and respectful of our property and clearly took pride in their work. The final design was a fairly complicated combination of open and covered French drains all leading to an existing underground stormwater management system. The crew, led by Renee’, took great care in executing the design as well as modifying it as necessary to integrate into our existing underground infrastructure, i.e., sprinkler system, gas line and downspout/sump pump drains. These guys knew what they were doing and made sure we were informed of any issue that they encountered and their proposed solution. Our yard was in great hands. They even took the time to hand lay each river stone that covered the open French drains resulting in a very attractive addition to the landscape. Once everything was fully installed, the crew went the extra mile to clean up any mud or dirt left in the grass and left our landscaping in better shape than they found it. We are extremely happy with the job that Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions did for us. They went the extra mile to make sure we were more than satisfied with their work. We happily recommend this company to any homeowner looking to fix their drainage issues. Your yard could not be in better hands.

Working with Premium and Drainage & Erosion was a true pleasure. I received quotes from at least 4 other landscaping and drainage companies and Premium Drainage and Erosion was by far the best value. They installed a dry well with a sump pump with connecting downspouts from my house to assist in draining my yard faster. Before the work was done water would stand in the yard for days on end making it hard to use the yard, and also hard to keep the lawn nice. They also added a cement step to the entrance to our basement in order to combat those huge huge storms that happen once every 10years. Both the office and the team doing the work were super responsive to my questions, which there were a lot. I would highly recommend them to a fellow homeowner looking to solve some drainage /flooding issues.

Adrian and his team installed a French drain and walking path along the side of my house where I was having serious issues with storm water flowing into my basement window wells. I really appreciated that he proposed a drainage solution that directly addressed the problem I had rather than the cookie cutter approach I got from another company that I had asked for a quote. His team also put in two beautiful paver patios. It has been two years since the work was done, and everything has held up perfectly.

We had a flooding problem in the front of our house/ driveway every time that it rained. Though we had to book them several months in advance (because they were that busy), the wait was worth it. The employees were professional and trustworthy. They knew exactly what to do and when they ran into a problem with the slope of our property, they came up with a creative solution. It has been raining all day today and we have had no flooding at all, whereas before the water was almost coming to the house. We are very pleased with their work and highly recommend this company.

Adrian and his team worked at our house on a big porch project. Our basement and kitchen subfloor were taking on water from the outside, but we weren't sure why. They demoed our old porch, found the source of the problem, excavated old fill, waterproofed around our foundation, put in brand new fill and a brand new porch, and constructed a french drain to carry the water away from our house. I have never seen guys work so hard in my life. They did an excellent job. The end results look great! They were also great at those soft skills that are so important...communication, prompt responses to emails, attention to detail. We are beyond happy with their work and will definitely use Premium to replace our walkway and driveway when we're ready.

Owner visited our house and discussed problem in August with suggestions and prompt estimates on variations of the job. After further discussion, we chose options and agreed to the work. We were told (up front!) that other commitments meant work could not be promised before December. Since this was a longstanding problem, we said we weren’t in a rush and agreed to wait. Company did arrive in early December with team and took two days to complete the work. Although utilities were marked ahead of time and team was alerted to underground irrigation piping (although exact locations of pipes were unknown), there was one incident of damage to an irrigation pipe (all work was done with manual tools - no mechanized trenching). Owner made sure pipe was correctly fixed and advised me that while further problems were unexpected, if there were problems in Spring when water was turned back on, they would return and fix it. I believe him. Overall good workers and I believe new French drain will alleviate much of our problems with water.

Marvelous workmanship. Adrian and his team were very professional, courteous, and COVID-19 aware. Adrian and his team were also very pleasant and patient. I can't say enough good things about him and his company. The prices were reasonable and the work was beyond 5 stars; I wish I could give 6 stars. I'm so glad I found an honest and reliable company. I had several estimates, but I feel blessed I went with Adrian and his team. I will be calling him again to have more work done in the future.
