About us
When you call or email Patriot Painting you will talk to the owner. It will not be a call center trained to weed out unprofitable customers. We know they are out there, as well as companies who only will do larger jobs such as whole houses. Simply put, we believe that we are here to serve the public. Yes we want to make a profit but not at all costs. There are companies who will not bid on a job if a customer is selling their house, because these companies don't believe they will profit enough. At Patriot Painting we will do any job large or small. We put our customers first, our employees next, and lastly our shareholders. By doing so we do just fine financially and we honestly believe that we are doing the right thing for everyone. So call Patriot Painting and you will never be turned away because you are not perceived as a "profitable customer". We value all customers who can use our services.

"Thank you for taking the time to leave a review even though it didn't work out for you price wise. Estimating is very subjective and 4 contractors will see 4 different things. There are times when I am the high bidder and times that I underestimate and don't make money.on a job. But I always try to give a fair, honest price and make a fair amount to cover my overhead and make a modest living for my employees and myself. My employees are very well paid because they are the BEST. I am sorry if at times I am the high bidder but I believe that the job we provide and back up with a solid warranty - and cover you with workers comp and liability insurance - is usually worth it unless I extremely overestimate the amount of work involved. If my price is higher and out of line and if you would like to work with me, I can often figure out a way to make it happen. I just need to know about it. Thanks, Scott"

That is why every customer is important to me no matter how small the job. I am here to serve and help people and build relationships. Also, in addition to Scott, his other painters, Angel, John, and Rudy, did a great job, that is, very neat, careful, and efficient - clearly very skilled - and were also very just plain nice to work with. They were courteous, friendly, and pleasant to have around, in addition to their skills. No muss, no fuss and no mess. I don't think they had any paint drips anywhere, no trash, and were careful of the existing windows, doors and siding, as well as the planting around the house.
The weather was not good during a lot of the time they were doing the job, but they did what made sense and did not try to push past that.
I liked the fact that Scott was not in a big rush to get his check. In fact, he waited a couple of days after they were finished before coming by to get paid. That gave us time to look at the job, which of course was great. He had reason to be confident of the results, so no rush was needed. That also says to me that he has a good solid business.
In summary, I was pleased with the process, people, results, and price. I will be recommending him to anyone in the neighborhood who needs painting done.
