I actually went out and got the struts and the breaks myself, they did all the installation and the service cost was half than what I would have paid at Mercedes. They had a relationship with a company in Florida that provided the struts so they were able to send them back and immediately deduct the fee. They were very easy to work with and very pleasant. They were upfront on their cost. They pulled over three of the items from Mercedes, gave me their price on those items and one of sutures was $150. They were not adding additional cost on top of it. They were showing me the receipt so they were very open and upfront with the cost of it. They told me how long it would take and actually took less time than that. The only thing is that I think they need to have a bigger shop because they have too much work for that one bay shop, they only have two lifts and so that is the only amount of work they can take. I am not going to take my car anywhere else now that I have this relationship with them.
