From quote to finish, excellent quality. We had an enclosed patio redone and it has exceeded our expectations. The guys were so punctual and professional and addressed any questions and concerns. We are so glad we went through HD Exteriors and will be using them again.

Very professional. High quality work. They addressed all concerns I had. They rely on automated notifications to keep you informed of the status. That process needs tweaking. I would highly recommend them. Overall I am very pleased.

From initial estimate to final inspection, the guys with HD are amazing!! Tim came out for the initial estimate, his "presentation" & knowledge was on point. We signed a contract before he left. Questions that came up later were answered immediately either by phone call, email, or both! They started sooner than expected, took care of everything including permits, inspectors & deliveries! The crew arrived on the start date & didn't waste anytime getting started. By the end of day 1, all was ready for the inspector. By day 3, the new screened in deck was solid, complete, & cleared from the inspector!! If I had any complaints, it would be they could have been a little more careful not damage the plants in the flower beds adjacent to the deck. I am so happy with this company, that I will be contacting them in the near future for other projects.

The back office was prompt to reply, all questions were answered as thoroughly and all meeting times were kept from the estimate to the start of work to the final walk through. Very happy overall.

Mr. Perry's team was very prompt, often arriving early and waiting until starting time. Communication were good and everyone was courteous, professional and the employees were thorough. They answered all our questions and concerns. I had two other appointmentsfor estimates. One guy came out measured and said he'd get back to us with the plans - never heard from him after that. The other didn't show up. I would recommend HD Exteriors to anyone needing deck work.

We consider ourselves lucky to have found HD Exteriors to build our deck addition and the lattice work cover for the underside of our existing screened porch. Prior to this, we have called and interviewed a few other contractors who did not satisfy our requirements and price point. The HD crew of Jose and Rodolfo did a great job in spite of challenges that were not of their own making, like weather delays. Their boss Graham was very forthcoming in explaining to us when they encountered minor problems, and patiently listened when we had questions. We really felt that we could trust them to finish the work according to the contract, which they did. The company office staff was very professional and promptly responded to our queries. HD Exteriors, in our opinion is a contractor that puts customer satisfaction above all else - including the bottom line. We would highly recommend them.

Excellent company, workmanship, Sales and Service. I contracted for a custom Trex Deck and Patio, They were great to work with. Kept their word and communication was extremely good. They worked with me every step of the way.

The entire staff was excellent, First Tim met with us to devise a plan for the project. Beth helped us get what we needed from the HOA to get started. Once the materials were delivered, Graham was top notch in customer service. Thank you Graham for keeping us updated every step of the way and answering our questions. The workers Edwardo for the deck and Edwin for the paved patio did excellent work. We had some snags but Graham quickly took care of them quickly. Robin and I are very happy with the final product . HD Exteriors redesigned and built a deck with rain escape, a bump out and stairs. They also did high end stone patio, ceiling fan, lighting and a new fence. Graham was extremely professional, the team was thorough and they did not upcharge even though they provided a host of extras that made the project special. I would use HD Exteriors again for any project. They were not the least expensive, but also not the most expensive. Their quality was exceptional and the crew was thoughtful and responsive.

HD Exteriors came out three times before we decided to use them for our TREX composite large re-decking project in Sept 2019. They made several suggestions that helped to reduce the final project cost. Once we signed a contract, they worked with us to determine a start date that met our timeline. We were kept informed each step along the way, such as when material was ordered, when to expect delivery and when work would start. On the scheduled date, the workmen showed up on time as they did everyday until work was to completed. They worked until 5:30PM every day and longer on a few. They completed the work on time within 6 working days. The workmanship was outstanding and workers were very polite and courteous. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

My wife and I really enjoyed the personal touch they provided; advantage of dealing with a local company. HD Exteriors were nothing short of awesome. They were not only professional, but highly knowledgeable and made sure the entire process from start to finish was pain-free. In fact, I hand out their card to folks down the street.

I hired HD Exteriors to replace and expand a 30-year-old deck with a new composite one. Graham showed up promptly for the appointment and left me with a detailed plan for the new deck. The work was started and completed ahead of schedule, on budget, with no surprises. His team was very professional and promptly removed trash and cleaned up the workplace. We hired HD Exteriors to tear down our 18 year old deck and replace it with a new composite deck. We were not familiar with the process and both Graham and Graham Jr were very helpful and patient in explaining our options. They met every timeline that they said they would and communication was excellent.

The install team was excellent and brought to our attention anything that needed to be addressed that was unanticipated. You can tell a great crew by the way they clean up each day. Highly recommend
