These folks are the greatest! But they're too humble to know it. I have used the Flower Gallery to send flowers to local friends as well as to friends and family members in other States. Their flowers and plants are consistently as fresh as just cut, and far outlast flowers from other shops. There have been dozens of times when I've visited hospital patients and homes of those to whom I've sent flowers, and the bouquets from Flower Gallery are often still fresh when others received on the same day are wilted. They also keep track of feedback they receive about flower shops in other cities and States, and strive to use only the shops with freshest flowers and exemplary customer service. Flower Gallery designers have also made silk flower wreaths and bouquets for me. They use high quality silk flowers, sturdy and with rich color; not those that shred on the edges or look artificial. They do their work quickly, efficiently, and beautifully. I love going to the Flower Gallery shop! The designers are fantastic at what they do. The displays are always changing, and the entire store is lovely, with a happy and tranquil atmosphere. Everyone there is attentive and helpful, but they allow you to look and enjoy. It's a healing experience for me to spend a little time in the shop. Whenever I feel a little down or am having a difficult week, I like to go spend 30 minutes or so there. It never fails to lift my spirits (even when I don't buy anything!) and I leave there feeling happier and more at peace. I appreciate everything about Flower Gallery. Very well. There were at least 25 arrangements there. That particular funeral home has a set-up where the displays can be on the wall on small shelves as also on the floor (Pierce Funeral Home). It really must have been a lot of work, but entire background with the flowers look very settled in the milieu and displayed the flowers in a way which made each arrangement distinctive yet part of a whole rich picture. My arrangement was full of the flowers I ordered...I could not have been more pleased.

I have been a patron of Flower Gallery Manassas for nearly 5 years, and was a frequent customer until recently. Although I love this store's atmosphere, fresh flowers and unique home dand eacute;cor collections, it never fails- the staff and owner/ operator act arrogantly superior and snobbish, like one would expect to find at a trendy boutique in Beverly Hills. At first, I blew it off and hoped that perhaps it was just one or two hoity-toity, old ladies, but as the time (years) passed, I continued to have the same experience each time I visited the store. The last straw for me was this past Christmas season (2013). I had my arms full of gifts and kindly asked one of the ladies if I could leave some of my selections up front at the desk so I could continue to shop. I was told that I could not leave anything upfront, as they were too busy and too crowded to allow customers to leave things up front. I looked around the front area, and there was plenty of room for me to place my things, even if only for a few minutes for me to finish up shopping. Since then, I've found other beautiful stores who genuinely appreciate my business.

I'm a teacher in Manassas, and when I heard about the "snow-pocalypse" coming on 2/13/14, I was a little worried; earlier this week, my fiancé casually mentioned that he'd ordered some flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day (Friday 2/14/14). I was convinced that my flowers would either be delivered to an empty building on 2/14/14, or wouldn't be delivered at all. Schools always close during intense snow, so I wasn't expecting much. However, MUCH to my surprise, on 2/12/14 (TWO DAYS before V-Day), I got a little note around 10 AM saying that I had a "gift" waiting for me at the front desk. When I arrived, I was shocked to see beautiful flowers and a nice gift bag! I immediately called my fiancé to thank him, only to realize that he hadn't requested an early delivery! This company--completely of their own accord-- went ABOVE AND BEYOND to deliver my gifts before the snow set in! Everyone at school was so surprised that this company was smart enough to deliver early. In fact, when everyone saw my flowers, quite a few people ended up canceling their scheduled orders because they realized that their flowers would die over the long weekend. I've always been a supporter of local businesses, but this just goes to show that it's worth it to support the local guys. Sure, they might be a little pricier than a bigger company, but this customer service is 100% better than I could have ever asked for! Basically, if you REALLY want something delivered, this is the best.

I think that they carry nice products. It's different. It's the closest we come to a boutique in the area, meaning they have things that are a little different than what you can find in department stores. I've never had a problem with their products. I last went to see them in January. They do seem to have a very wide selection of flowers, but I prefer fake flowers because they last longer. I have not even one complaint about them.

Great. The lady who answered was professional, courteous, and friendly. She clearly stated all the prices and costs. They delivered them very quickly and the arrangement was lovely and best of all my wife loved it.

Great! Next time I need flower, I'll be back.

We began planning with our wedding consultant, Stephanie Pretol, about eight months before the big day. Taking my daughter's tastes and preferences into account, she helped shape the vision we had into a beautiful reality. She had lots of wonderful ideas and was very willing to experiment with various flowers and even fruits (for the centerpieces) to make the event an explosion of yellow and orange;just what my daughter wanted! Every time we left the shop after a planning session, we always came home with a small complimentary flower arrangement; this really helped to build the excitement for the coming event. On the day of the wedding, they were on time at all three delivery points; the flowers were fresh and beautiful and, several months later, our guests are still talking about the centerpieces! We've dealt with Flower Gallery for many years and I always knew they'd do this wedding. I highly recommend them!

The staff is always extremely helpful and patient. The owner is very enthusiastic about his work and it carries down to his staff. I have always had excellent service and top quality flowers and arrangements from this florist. The lady who took my order (after I finally approached the counter to interrupt the gossip session) said that she understood my request, that the colors I'd requested were called ''brights'', and that there would be no problem whatsoever, except that they didn't have bronze bows since it was now spring, and bronze wasn't a spring color. I was rather surprised that a full-service florist wouldn't carry a full range of ribbon colors, but accepted gold as a substitute. When I went to pick them up the next day, the baskets were ready -- in pastels. The lady with whom I spoke said that they have a lot of seasonal help, who probably didn't understand my request (what's not to understand about ''red, orange, and yellow'', I wondered?), but that they would be switched out right away. No apology, but the replacements (not as nice baskets) were ready - in reds and yellows, no orange - within the time frame stated. No apology, no discount, not quite what I'd wanted. Not happy.
