Description of Work: Way way way overpriced. Technician was fine but didn't have a standard part for a basic shower faucet repair and could only replace entire thing to the tune of over $700. A quick call to delta, got the part for free and repaired myself in 30 mins with a you tube video.

Description of Work: Dean Saffeels came out to do a yearly service visit...I have a contract with the company. He was very thorough, professional and explained a lot of things. He did suggest I put a surge protector on my condenser which is on the roof. I had him do this
