They were very amiable and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I will be hiring them for other jobs as I save the money to have them completed.
I got one of the Angie's list specials for $99 for $249 of work. They called 30 mins before their arrival and arrived at the proposed window of time 8 - 8:30 AM. We walked thru all the changes I wanted to make and they had great feed back on the best options. Instead of installing a hanging light fixture in the kitchen we added three recessed lights to add good light to the small dark kitchen. Victor & Sam were great, very friendly polite and they were always cleaning up after themselves to make sure the house stayed clean. They looked for opportunities to save me money in the installation process which allowed me the option to add in dimmer's to my new bright lights. They also followed up after all my light installation to see if the add'l drywall repair had been completed and or scheduled. I had a scheduled appt. for drywall repair but the technician got sick so they rescheduled it a week later at my convenience. I had made all my scheduled appointments w/Jose who is very professional and I felt valued as a customer. Luis the drywall specialist showed up promptly at 8 AM as scheduled and quickly worked thru all the drywall ceiling repairs and one add'l repair for a whole in my wall. Luis was thorough with his explanation and next steps of the repair as I wanted to get all the rooms painted and back to normal as quickly as possible.
I knew the special wouldn't cover the cost but for the amount of work I had done. I had a little bit of sticker shock when I saw the 1st estimate but I appreciated that the technicians were honest with me and didn't charge me for work they didn't have to do once they starting pulling out the old fixtures. I would definitely use there services again.
My experience was the exact opposite. The owner showed up to assess the job with his assistant (who actually did the work) and was pleasant and respected my time and budget constraints.
I will definitely recommend them and will use them again.
