We took time to pick out the fixtures and then I took the day off work to be home when Courtesy Electric arrived. And I waited, and waited, and waited. I finally called Courtesy Electric at 3:30 pm to determine what was going on. Two hours later, Jose with Courtesy Electric called back to inform me he had decided they would not be able to honor the deal because of insurance issues. Jose admitted he had known of the "insurance issues" for several days but had apparently decided not to let us know. The insurance issues surrounded sending a "handyman" to do electrical work. Yet electrical work is the business Courtesy Electric is in and holds itself out as being electrically proficient !! Is he saying Courtesy Electric is not insured for electrical work?
Courtesy Electric wasted significant amounts of both our time and money and we are not fans of rude inconsiderate behavior. A reputable company would stand behind the bargain it had made and be more cognizant of quality customer service. Cannot recommend Courtesy Electric to anyone.
I was extremely pleased with the service and results I received from Courtesy Electric. Victor called to let me know he was on his way and arrived right during his estimated time window. After accessing the job, he gave me a detailed estimated of what needed to be done and what it would cost. Upon my approval to proceed, Victor went and purchased the materials needed. While working in the house, he put on protective booties and used a drop cloth to protect the floors. Upon completion Victor tested everything to make sure it was working properly and cleaned up the area so well you could not even tell I had work done that day. The ceiling fans and the bathroom light look great and are working perfectly. Victor was very punctual, knowledgeable and professional and I would not hesitate to use Courtesy Electric again.
