Matt did an excellent job with understanding our needs and making the process simple. He was extremely responsive and addressed any issues immediately. Edwin did a great job executing our project. He was punctual, kept us updated about the work, and cleaned the area when we was done. Also, he did a beautiful job tiling. Overall, it was a painless process and we are pleased with the end result.

Bullrun Kitchen & Bath were a pleasure to work with from from initial email outreach through to the completion of the project. Everyone I worked with was responsive, answered every question, never made me feel rushed and took the time to explain the process, timing and what I could expect. I began the process working with Hakan and he took the time to come out for measurements, to find out what I was looking for in a new kitchen and how I would be using the new kitchen to make sure what he was designing and delivering met my expectations. Not only did it meet my expectations, but exceeded them. Their showroom has a wide variety of options and Hakan made it easy to select my cabinets, flooring, countertops, back splash and all items I needed for my new kitchen and he then laid everything out for me to see and adapt. For the renovation I had my own team with Sam as a project manager and they took care of every detail. The project was completed on time and on budget. Sam was my guide throughout the project and was always there. The team who handled the demolition and installation went above and beyond to make sure everything was set each day. Their attention to keeping everything organized and clean among so much chaos was very much appreciated. The finished kitchen is better than I imagined and everything I wanted. I could not recommend Hakan, Sam and everyone at Bullrun more highly and if I ever have another project will definitely be going back.

As everything in the last three months interesting. The job took 4 weeks while my wife and I was working and 3 dogs. But it was the best thing we ever did. Orlando our job lead was extremely professional and on time. He and his team went above and beyond their jobs and always very mindful of the PPE and keeping all of us safe. The designer and project mangers were top notch and always checking to make sure every detail is done. I am not a person that does surveys, but my service warrants for me to say. You need remodeling call them they are the best. If I need them again for a bathroom etc. I will call them.

I needed a new cabinet and vanity in my guest bathroom. Bull Run Kitchen and Bath offered the best quality merchandise within my budget, and I couldn't be more pleased. The sales team was extremely responsive and professional, as was the installation team. The job was completed on time and the installation team was very courteous and respectful of my home. I am already planning my next project with them and will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

When our dishwasher leaked and caused major damage to our first floor, we decided to "carpe diem" and remodel the kitchen as well. We recieved bids from 3 different companies but KNEW right away that BullRun Kitchen and Bath were the ones. Hakan came to our home and we immediately connected with his vast knowledge and his sincereity to help us get the kitchen of "our" dreams. He opened our eyes to so many possibilities and changes that would make our space feel larger and more modern. In the consultation phase, it was obvious that BullRun only provides TOP QUALITY products because they want their clients to be more than satisfied, they want you to be clients for life. We were just in the begining of our installation phase when the COVID struck. We were worried that we'd be without a kitchen indefinitely. However, our project manager, Salih (Sam) assured us that his team would use personal protective gear and we promised to stay away from the construction area. Each night Orlando and Ronaldo, did an incredible job cleaning up before they left. WE CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT SAM, ORLANDO and RONALDO!!!! They are craftsman who gave us the kitchen of our dreams. WE ARE LOYAL FANS FOR LIFE!!!!!

Excellent! Sana and crew performed wonderfully. From the design phase with Tracy to completion, the project was completed ahead of projected schedule and way beyond our imagination. Bull Run Kitchen and Bath took our vision for a new Master Bathroom, devised a plan, and executed with perfection. On site contractors are knowledgeable and are briefed along the way with on site project management. Very skilled and thorough trades crews. Our home was treated with respected the entire time and the work crews are extremely timely. Price for completion was extremely reasonable for the products we chose. Bull Run Kitchen and Bath was chosen from three independent bids we obtained. The are right for the current market.

great. entire team was responsive, cleaned up after themselves, and professional. no project is issue free, and if there was a question, Sana handled it quickly and was very responsive. Juan handled demo and rebuild and did a great job. Edwin's skillful tiling was a work of art.

After watching Stranger Things, my kid asked if that's what the 80s looked like. I promptly showed him where the phone used to hang on the wall in our kitchen, and that our kitchen was last redone in the 80s after a small kitchen fire. But really, the old cabinets covered half the window, and the old soffets took up space that would have been better used for cabinets. So we connected with Hakan who showed us all sorts of ways we could redo our kitchen and bring it into 2020. The 3d modeling really helped us see what it would eventually look like. From there our main man Sam was our project manager who kept everything on schedule and ensured all the issues and moving parts were on track. Orlando was the crew foreman who was always easy to talk to as he and his folks were actually doing the work. They make it look easy! But I know darn well that 'things' come up. For example, the main water shut-off was leaking even when it was turned off. So Orlando and crew replaced it and were off to the races. So many folks were involved in plumbing, running gas lines, upgrading the electrical service, permits, county inspectors, paint jobs, clean ups and in the end we got an amazing kitchen worth every penny. Sam really was the glue that made it happen smoothly.

All went very well. Sam (the project manager) and Grover (lead) and Alex (helper) were amazing - always responsive. So pleased with the design and more importantly the execution! Every day when I look at the bathroom, I'm just thrilled. We had a little blip with the glass subcontractor - but they fixed it (new sub!) and it is even more beautiful! So pleased - have already recommended to others. We also had the master closet expanded. Dream master bath. Pictures don't do it justice.

Excellent work. Had three bathrooms fully remodeled 18 months ago. Couldn't be more pleased with process and outcome. Bullrun stands behind their workmanship and product selection. After 15 months out of three of our Kohl mirrors started losing their silvering. Since this was past the manufacturers warrantee period, so Kohler would not deal with the issue. However, Bullrun Kitchen and Bath did, replacing both mirrors at no additional cost to us !!

TIMELINE: Original Projected Time line was approximately four to six weeks. Project kick off was Aug 5, 2019 and the project concluded Nov 8, 2019. Total project time: 95 days (13 weeks). In the future, if I were to contract with Bull Run, I would insist on firm project timeline with financial penalties for failing to meet the timeline. DESIGN: The design process went very smooth. Hakan was able to make the best use of the space and help us make the proper design choices. Hakan is a talented kitchen designer. WORKMANSHIP: I felt that the crews doing the work were competent but had little attention to finish details. The working crews were able to add outlets, add sinks/drains, and install lighting exactly as indicated in the plan. However, over the course of the project I had to document and point out deficiencies such as damaged tiles, incomplete wood staining, damage to cabinets, and other issues. While Bull Run did correct each of these issues and even sent out a cabinet specialists to repair the damaged cabinets, I cannot help but feel if Bull Run had a stronger and more consistent quality assurance and inspection process this would not have been needed. To the credit of the workers, they did work clean and they were willing to stay late and work on Saturdays. QUALITY OF MATERIALS: The cabinets provided by Bull Run had dozens of areas of damage, missing paint, and other issues that took weeks to resolve. At least six cabinet doors had to be replaced and at least 10 required significant repair work by a cabinet repair specialists. I found this frustrating because all the cabinets were standard sizes and all the issues were readily apparent. They issues were simply ignored by the installation team with no proactive quality assurance from Bull Run. PROJECT MANAGER: Sam (Salih) was generally helpful and almost always available. Sam (Salih) concurred with all the issues we identified and took steps to address them as fast as possible. Sam (Salih) is affable and pleasant to work with. That being said, I wish that Sam (Salih) conducted quality assurance inspections of the project so issues could have been addressed earlier. OVERALL: We are very happy with the kitchen. The end product is fantastic and a much better use of the space with a very clean design. We were not happy with the length of time it took to complete and we were not happy with the amount of work it took on our part to identify damage to cabinets and other issues such as damaged tiles. I generally expect professionals to conduct quality assurance inspections and that simply did not happen in this case. While I would recommend Bull Run based on the final product, in a future project I would insert contract language about the timeline for completion and quality assurance inspections.

The existing bathroom was completely redone. The started from scratch. I wanted to maximize the space and that is exactly what I got. The workers were professional and when in came time for the placement of everything they asked if that was what I wanted or if I was not sure they made great suggestions. They cleaned up after themselves and the project was done in a timely manner. I would recommend them to everyone I know and would use them again. Thank you Sana and your crew.

Excellent job. Bathroom is huge 15’ by 15’ and was taken down to the studs and rebuilt with a complete infrastructure change. The end result is beautiful. I highly recommend Bull Run Bath and Remodeling. True professionals. Can’t say enough about the quality of the work or the professional and respectful team.

Excellent....The project was finished ahead of time and is absolutely beautiful. The outcome is stunning. I only wish I could do my whole house and Bull Run Kitchen and Bath would be the contractors. My project manager was Salih (Sam) Emre Coskun. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was responsive and updated me regularly on the status of the project. Richard was at my home with one of his helpers, or by himself every day until the project was ready for someone else to take over. His work was meticulous and his craftsmanship showed in the final outcome. I have to really thank Sam for how quickly and precisely this job was completed. When we did the final walk through, everything was perfect and I am beyond words pleased. Tracey Roach did an excellent design and I was pleased with how things came together. Thank you Bull Run Kitchen and Bath, you will do any other projects for me.

We took Hakan’s recommendation and picked out everything that we want. This job was completed by Willie. Willie did a quality and masterful job. Shower has been enlarged and installed a freestanding bath tub. Porcelain floor title in bathroom, porcelain walls in shower, mosaic title floor in shower. Frameless Shower enclosure was used. Granite countertop was used and we had the choice to go to a vendor and pick out the granite we wanted. Plumbing, including shower, bath, and sink, were relocated by Willie as well as the electrical system. New toilet and ventilation were installed. Final touch including getting paint from Sherwin-Williams. Complete Job: Sept 4, 2019 (a little more than 2 weeks). Plus the time to install the shower enclosure. Would I hire that team again? You bet I would hire them again especially with Willie’s attention to detail!

The quality of the work was truly outstanding. Juan and his crew were on time, helpful, creative, and thoughtful throughout the renovation. Their excellent craftsmanship made all the difference in the world. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone thinking about bathroom remodeling.

The remodel was much easier than I had expected because of the great people. Tracy got me through the design part, and Sana oversaw the project and was always available to answer questions and check on progress. Edwin and his team did a fabulous job on the actual construction and finishing, with the attention to detail that makes a real difference to a remodel.

The work was top notch. The workers were efficient and courteous. All those involved in the process were attentive and responsive to our needs and converns.

Better that I could have ever expected!
