I had a switch box replaced and some other work done. They were very professional and I highly recommend them to anyone for a job well done! The two electricians were easy to work around and conscientious. I felt 100% confident in their work and appreciated Bob coming by several times to check on their progress. This company is superior in all areas.

The job consisted of troubleshooting an existing electrical reset problem with a GFCI panel installed for a Hot tub. The electrical work passed all areas of inspection except the reset button on the GFCI not working and 3 strict county inspectors had inspected every aspect of the job but it failed on this 1 issue. The electricity worked going to the SPA but every time the reset or cutoff button was pushed, the circuit GFCI would burn out thus rendering it inoperable. The gentleman from Your Home Service & Repair Company, Inc located the source of the problem (electricity was coming in on the load side rather than the line) in about an hour and quickly fixed it the following appointment while making a safety modification as well for what I considered a reasonable price. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

They took extra care not damage the area they worked in and even communicated with the installing company to ensure they had run the wiring in accordance with their needs. They did a great job with explaining what was needed to be done with replacing the electrical box. They arrived when they said they would and finished in a timely manner. Very professional.

Minor was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing. Unfortunately, he has unable to do some of the work I wanted done because duct work interfered with where I wanted recessed lights. Also, he was unable to test the fan because I didn't have a battery for my switch. Once we had the battery, the fan was very wobbly and my husband had to fish in the debris of the box to find the balance kit. So -- I wish Minor he had handed me the balance kit instead of putting it in the box of debris. Luckily I threw it in my trash can and not in a big dumpster. Second, it might be good to remind customers to check the equipment they want installed to insure that they have batteries if needed. Most non-electrical people don't think about the need for batteries in for example special light switches. Otherwise the service was courteous, timely and the guys did a good job cleaning up after themselves. I would use your service again. Thank you again for accommodating my schedule.
