After researching different companies, I chose Atlantic...and I'm so happy that I ended up going with them. The two gentlemen who came to our home were very nice, professional and hard-working. They wore shoe coverings the entire time and put down floor coverings to protect our wood floors when bringing in/out the equipment. They cleaned up most of the debris near the vents and wiped off a ceiling panel after accessing the dryer vent through our attic. I was surprised at how clean everything still was after they left, and how fresh our house seemed. This was our first air duct cleaning in the 17 years we've lived here and our second dryer vent cleaning. I was told by the office, when I scheduled, that I could pay extra for video, but I didn't really need proof that it was necessary or that they were doing their job. I asked a few questions and looked down our one big vent, but I really just tried to stay out of their way. They were here, working hard, for about 3 hours. Now that I know better, I will be having the air ducts and dryer vent cleaned regularly, and I will hire Atlantic again to do it!

We hired them to come and clean our townhouse ducts and liked them so much when we moved in 2017 to a home had them come out before we moved in to clean the ducts at our new (used) home. Professional both times and you'll be amazed at how much stuff they get out of your ducts!

I highly recommend Nelson G, Andres, and German from Atlantic Duct Cleaning, They arrived when expected, explained the process, and got to work quickly. As they moved from room to room they showed me the pre and post cleaning and when completed showed what had been removed. I have no problem recommending Atlantic Duct Cleaning to anyone.

After my initial review, a manager reviewed the work done and sent several technicians to correct deficiencies from the recent cleaning. They also corrected some deficiencies from a different company that had vacuumed the ducts several years earlier.

Atlantic Duct Cleaning did our dryer vent service a couple of years ago when we noticed our dryer needed longer cycles to get the loads dry. They did a good job at the time, so we went with them again when we got to the point of needing another cleaning. They do good work, and are professional and efficient. Next time we need a cleaning, I'm sure we'll call them again.

The workers were professional and prompt. They took care to clean up when finished. However, two months later, we seem to be getting a lot of dust on furniture etc. so I'm not sure how effective the duct cleaning actually was. No way to measure really.

they broke one of the tiles around my kitchen hvac vent. In all fairness, I never reached out to them about it because we got super busy. We got this work done a couple weeks before we had our first child. I wish they had told us they accidentally broke the tile, I didn't notice it until a couple days later. Regardless they did what they were suppose to do, except they broke the tile in the process. I'm sure that's going to cost more to fix than the entire cleaning.

Erick and Jose (went by Jose #1) arrived 10 minutes early and walked me through the entire process. They were extremely professional and the house feels much cleaner to me. I was quite surprised by the amount of drywall debris and dust that were in both my air intake lines and supply lines. They used a big vacuum connected to my main ducts while they pushed debris with an air hose down my supply lines. They taped everything off to ensure dust did not go everywhere and did one vent at a time. My house did not feel that dusty after. I was very impressed and would use this team and the company again.

Cleaning was done well. Some dust, but that's to be expected. A month later I go up in the attic to change the air filter and find out they reinserted the air filter incorrectly, was not in the slot and was very bent. I also noticed they broke the light bulb at the ballast and didn't say anything. No one goes in the attic except me to change the filter and my HVAC company who was last there in the fall. I change filter's every month. The cleaning was done on 11/24/17. I will definitely inspect every area involved after any vendor service - Professionalism and honesty does not seem to be a words vendors seem to understand.

Very well. The work was performed completely, in a timely manner and very professionally. I rarely use the term "professionally" but in this case, it really fits. I was very impressed with the team that was sent; they were honest and clearly explained everything they were doing. They worked very well together; not nearly so much noise as I was expecting, certainly not as much as other companies I have hired to do the same work. I will hire them again.

It could not have gone better. They showed up a little earlier than scheduled, explained the process, answered all my questions, got the job done, and left no mess behind. Freddie and Jose were friendly and professional. Since every room in the house has air vents (including the bathrooms), they were patient and understanding while I moved my cats from one room to the next to keep them out of the way. They were awesome. I would definitely recommend this company.
