Mr. C. Ashton was up front and honest about the project and costs. He treated us fairly and worked with us to ensure we understood the situation with the project and provided us the options in addressing our issues. We did experience a few hiccups given the age and complexity of our previous fixtures (which Curtis helped us work through). We are currently "breaking in" the new set-up. If all holds up (seems to be doing well so far), I would use Mr. Ashton again. Mr. Ashton is a master plumber and has communicated to us that he guarantees his work.

The work completed was very good. They were prompt and professional. The price was a little higher than expected but the quality of work was there to back it up.

we love Mr. Ashton's dedication to his craft. he followed up with phone calls and a visit to make certain our newly replaced sump pump was working to his satisfaction; please note i said his satisfaction! rain was forcasted in our area prior to his arrival which was a major concern of ours, but Mr. Ashton's professionalism and work ethic made us comfortable from the moment he stepped into our home. he is, in a word, awesome!

Curtis was great. Very friendly and professional. He was honest and did what he could to get us the best price on parts. I learned that Kohler parts are expensive and hard to find, so he cut us a deal on labor. I would definitely use him for future plumbing needs.

Ashton Plumbing did a great job. They came out on a Sunday but didn't charge extra for the weekend appointment. They were very honest and recommended we keep a close eye on the work. When we saw a tiny water bubble form after a day or so, they immediately sent someone out to fix it. I would highly recommend them.
