VERY FAST RESPONSE AND FIXED THE PROBLEM THE SAME DAY.

Very nice guy! Mr. Ashton was diligent in trying to find out why my faucet was not working, even after putting in the part I had ordered. Unfortunately it turned out that my faucet as a whole needs to be replaced, so I was charged for the service call only, which I paid in cash. After about 5 minutes after we parted, he called to tell me that I had accidentally overpaid him by over $50 and could I meet him at the gas station so he could return the funds. So I did. Wow--very honest! I will definitely hire him again to put in my new faucet which is now on order from the manufacturer.

Curtis worked on bathroom shower problem which initially seemed like a small job, but turned out to be a 4 and 1/2 hour full scale repair. He was very thorough, patient and did the job very well. Very reasonable fee considering time and the scale of the job. Explained the problem and informed us all the steps. Very friendly, courteous and ontime.

The service was prompt and courteous and the cost for the job was fair. The work was done well, and the installed unit continues to operate without problem.

He called back within minutes. The work was schedule right away. Even offered to buy the fixture for me. I really liked that he gave me precautions on how to followup and offered to come back if anything went wrong. But the fixture was installed with no leaks. And he even fixed a minor leak in my sink while he was there.

Mr. Ashton was able to fix the leak on my heater's mixing valve. He was able to save me some money by not replacing the valve even though I asked him to bring a replacement part per my condo's management suggestion. He told me he would return the part he bought and not charge me anything for it and was able to reseal the piping and stop the leak. He was very friendly and I recommend him to people.

Ashton gave us a great price and was very diligent in making sure he was giving an accurate and fair price. He did a great job, allowed us to complete portions that we were able to in order to save ourselves some money, and quickly completed the project. We had a major slab leak, and he re-routed the piping to bypass the broken pipe under our house. In the first day he added a shut-off valve in the piping so that we would be able to shut the water off when not needed, at least for the next couple of days until the project was complete. This definitely saved us some money. Thanks Ashton!
