Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
The jeweler had to cut off my rings because I could not get them off after 18 years of wearing them. She recommended that I wait 6 weeks to have my finger measured so that the finger would have time to go back to it's normal size without the ring. When I returned to Ashby's they sized my finger and gave me a refund of $5 of the $10 for each ring that was cut off. They gave me a time frame and the approximate prices depending on whether they had been resized before. I appreciated the details given in writing. I was unsure about whether the prongs would need to be replaced and he let me know that they looked good and did not need replacing. I was pleased by his honesty. They called me when the rings were resized and they look like new. Beautiful job! The cost was in the range that he told me it would be. I would go back for other needs.
