Excellent! They gave me a written estimate, and within a few days of receiving it back along with my deposit, they showed up last Saturday and installed the fence. I was initially concerned because I thought they had not called me to warn me they were coming, but I left work early on Friday and I came in on Monday to find two messages on my voice mail warining me they would install it on Friday. The work they did was also very high quality. This is a solid fence that will keep animals out. The only thing I gave them less than A for was the price, which was not the lowest I had received. I could not go with the lowest price bid from Carter Brothers because they refused to honor their estimate. See my report about that company if you want to know more. With Arlington Fence, though, you cannot lose. I would definitely hire them again.

They were very good. When I decided not to go with them, they even came back and dropped $700 but still they were about $400 or $500 above than what I finally got the fence for. They came out, did the site visit and they were very professional; I can't knock them on that. It is just that their price was more. What I couldn't understand was how can one company give me a product at a very reasonable rate, a high-end cedar and another company gives me the same product a little bit more expensive, almost double the price. It didn't work for me. Although, they were friendly, nice but it all boils down to pricing. I don't know how they dropped like $500 just by saying no to them the following day, you just wonder. It seems like they were intentionally going to gouge me or I can't say that they would. It is just that it didn't work right.

Their estimator, Jonathan, arrived right on time. Unlike other companies (Long fencing for example) they gave me an exact time they would show up, rather than a two hour window, which was appreciated. We discussed options for our yard. It slopes up a fairly steep grade, so I was a little concerned if it would be more expensive, and how well the installation would work. I think the price was fair, and the installation turned out great. We have dogs, and I made it clear there couldn't be any gaps or the dogs would get out. There were a couple of places that were difficult to fence, but they managed! The wood portion of the fence looks nice, the quality of wood is good. The chain link is also nice, I recommend black over silver to anyone thinking of chain link fencing. It blends in better with our foliage. (We would have used wood around the whole yard but cost was an issue, so we used chain link in the far back portion of the yard). They did charge us to remove foliage. However, none of the other companies mentioned the foliage. But even with the additional charge their rates were competitive. The installer, Jose, is a very nice guy. It would have been a one day job, but it rained most of the day. They came out the next day, a Saturday, and finished up. I also spoke on the phone with Michael, the owner, several times, and he was always courteous and professional. It was nice being able to call and speak to a real person, and the owner of the company no less! I definitely recommend Arlington Fence Co.

The easiest I've ever had! They were on time, finished in a timely fashion, cleaned up, even hauled away some excess stuff in the bargain.

They were excellent. Very professional. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future if I needed any other fencing. Mike, the owner, and all of the fencers were very good.

From the time I contacted Arlington Fence Co to get an estimate to completing the work, it was a pleasure doing business with them. Michael, the owner, is very responsive, professional and takes time to explain the estimate. He also followed up with me to confirm when his crew would be at my home to perform the work. The crew arrived 10 minutes early and completed the work the same day. I really thought it would take longer because of the brush they had to clear to be able to build the fence. The fence was finished the same day and it looks great. In all my years of working with contractors on my homes, this is the one I am most pleased with the result.

Great! Michael was very responsive especially after I explained that I had just had difficulty with another contractor. An estimate was sent via e mail, an on site estimate confirmed it and within ten days the whole thing was finished and perfect. The price was less than competitors, as well. I highly recommend!

They were very helpful in giving us a name of someone to use for another service we were in need of for our yard. Even though we didn't choose them to install our fence they were still very professional and I would definitely use them in the future.

I dealt directly with the owner of this small family firm, Michael Stefanon. He was punctual and customer oriented. A miscalculation in my favor resulted in a particularly good deal even when I paid for additional materials needed. It resulted in a delay of exactly one day in completion because an emergency trip back to the supplier was required. Michael's crew was skilled and worked in the rain the second day to complete the job without further delay. The fence is well built and looks great.

The experience has gone very well with them. They were timely and did a follow-up call on some items I wanted done a certain way. Their asking price was what we were looking for, they showed up when they said they would, and they cleaned up after themselves when they were done.

We were very happy with the responsiveness and craftsmanship of Arlington Fence. Michele and Michael were easy to get ahold of and were willing to send out multiple estimates for different options. They also coordinated the surveyor to mark our property lines and obtained a county fence permit for us. On the day the work was done, a crew of men showed up on time and they were finished by the time we got home.

They worked with me very well. The section that they fixed ended up matching very well and I was happy about that. The other companies that I had come out just wanted to add a whole new fence. They would repair it and they gave me a cheaper estimate that anyone else. They were also very prompt.

They came promptly for the estimate as well as install day. They were fast and polite. They did a beautiful job, including some really nice quality wood. The site manager advised me when to stain the wood and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them.

The customer service was outstanding and their prices were reasonable. I even had them come back out and put up an arbor. I have recommeded them to several people.

Mike and Michelle were wonderful. Mike came out to do the estimate 48 hours after I contacted Arlington Fence and the estimate was the lowest and most complete that I received. The work crew was out to do the work several weeks after I signed the contract due to my work schedule. The crew checked with me several times during construction to insure I approved of the work they were doing!

Excellent. Work was done promptly and efficiently. Michael called to follow-up after installation and workers returned promptly to repair a minor problem that was identified after installation was completed.

After nearly four weeks we contacted the company and they replied via email that they could not provide a quotation. No reason given.

It went BEAUTIFULLY! The crew was great and east to work with, and did a wonderful job cleaning up.

The longer story: A year ago Michael Stefanon responded quickly to my request for an estimate, and came to take a measure and explain my options. The estimate was right in the ballpark of the others I received. I then sat on the estimate for a year. I called back this spring and they were able to pull up last year's estimate, recalculate and let me know that the cost had not changed. They scheduled the work a week later and the crew came and did a quick, tidy, and professional job of it.
