I have had the Greenstar pest control services for over 2 years now and never had any issues until today. Several technicians have come to perform services during the course of my contract with them and they all did a stellar job.
However, the gentleman that came to perform the service this morning went through the usual drill of speaking with me and he was professional and courteous. I had to leave for work soon after I spoke with him but my wife was home and it appears that he left within a few minutes after I left.
So we called the customer care to report this and to let them know that their technician left our home after treating the garage. I also explained to them that my house is around 1800 sqft per floor and the lot itself is graded. Typically for someone to spray the entire perimeter cannot be done within 10mins. Moreover he claimed that our unfinished basement was also treated. Moreover my wife was monitoring this from inside the house and she never saw the technician spray the perimeter.
They had a service manager call me back and I explained the same to him. The service manager told me that different technicians have different techniques and that he trusted his technician. But what he can do is have them re-treat. I even mentioned that during the past visits I have been home for around 60-70 of the time they sent someone and every time it took more than 30 mins.
I have lost trust in this company and was not really expecting such a response from their manager.
My goal was to let the company know that they may have a re-training opportunity and to also see how they were going to handle my account relationship with them. I am happy to take my business to a company that values customer feedback.
