A-Advantage has provided 30 years of excellent, professional service in all areas of A/C and heating system repairs and replacemtnt. I have found them to be prompt, courteous and responsive over all the years I've used them, all at a very reasonable price.

They did a competent job. I would recommend them. They provided good service.

They were very good. They were on time. when I made the appointment they gave the name of the serviceman that would be coming out; however, that person did not come out, but they did call me 15 minutes before they arrived to tell me they were on their way and their name. He was very professional and even gave me a couple of tips as well!

Excellent. This company offers great service. All the service persons and folks manning the phones are wonderful.

He told me that the unit that I had would work better if they put in something to assist the start of the unit. So I called my son-in-law and he said that was a good thing. I was so impressed with the guy that came that I ask for him each time now. They were very good, very reasonable and very responsive.

I loved them. They were very efficient. They were also good, prompt and very safe. I like that they checked everything to make sure it was all safe for us. They are an overall straight A Company!

My air conditioner had to be replaced because the pipes were looking awful and it had a dust problem with the filter. A- Advantage really corrected that problem for me as my new one looks better and the dust has decreased. I liked them so much that I have signed up with a maintenance agreement with them for 75 dollars a year. With the maintenance agreement, they put me on a priority list so that if I need any further maintenance in the future, I would be serviced before those with no maintenance agreement. I also get discounts on parts with the agreement.

They were excellent so far. All service guys have been extremely patient in explaining operations of the system so I can better know and explain problems which might occur. Some technicians obviously have better and wider training. I had been having problems with a humidifier, and finally, a last technician was able to show me quickly some special steps to take for my system to work best. I had occasions with water on the floor. One technician couldn't identify, a second one did and knew exactly what was needed (made note to take care of this in air-conditioning season so can run properly to identify clearly. These special trips and future work all fall under the overall maintenance contract). When the water problem was 1st noted, the individual answering the phone was not real responsive. The 2nd time I was given the earliest possible time (2 days) to move up if I could, and a technician actually made it the next a.m. before I had to leave for a previous engagement.

ON TIME, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. REASONABLY PRICED, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND.
