Bill and his team did a great job. He did all that he committed to in the time promised. I have some difficult soil and he was prepared to deal with it. I would highly recommend him .

Bill's Landscaping was the 4th Landscaper I interviewed for my project. I needed my front and back yard fixed. Nothing had grown during the 2 1/2 years I've lived in the home. I needed old timbers and bushes removed while rows of bushes, with mulch, were planted in the front and side yard. The rear needed sod and bushes planted. Both areas needed down spouts buried to stop erosion. Bill's Landscaping was the lowest bid. He was also the only contractor that came to my home on MY SCHEDULE. Bill's personality and horticulture knowledge made it easy to choose him. His pricing was upfront and once I accepted he started the project the same week. After the project started, I added some stone work around the edge and in the back yard. Bill adapted to MY vision but made it more decorative. Each day he and his crew were on time and cleaned up as they worked. If I wasn't home Bill would call and give me updates. The project was finished on time and it looks GREAT. My yard now draws positive comments from neighbors. I highly recommend Bill's Landscaping!.

Bill and his sons came and laid the sod, but it was very wet and poor quality. 80% of it died within two weeks. Bill told me that he would replace it, but didn't show up on the day he said he would come out. I stayed home all day, but he didn't show up or return my voice message or text until around 4:00. I am having a difficult time reconciling these actions with the reviews from other customers. This is not the customer service I was expecting. However, we have since agreed to replace the dead sod in late September when the weather is cooler. I will reserve further judgment until then. I am adjusting my review. Bill and his sons did come back and replace the sod, which looks great. He returned all my calls and showed up when he said he would. He is a man of his word.

He did a good job preparing the yard and putting down the sod. He later came out and put down grass seed. His wife was pleasant to deal with as the receptionist and person in charge of billing.

Great communication throughout the entire project and great crew. The new sod is growing great!

It took a while to get this done, after many e-mails. Still have no idea how to pay for this service nor do I know if it's going to last (tree was not watered after being planted).

Highly recommend. They are quick to respond, punctual, and both family and customer service oriented.

The quality of work and cost for the work done were excellent and efficient. High marks on responsiveness, too. Small mom & pop biz. On these factors alone I would rehire. I was concerned by the fact that he always had two of his seven kids with him who were working. They are good kids, but I felt like I was employing child labor. Because of that, I am hesitant to rehire.
