I am overseas. Ordered some flowers, a customized card with our picture on it. two balloons. Supposed to be a surprise delivery for my wife's birthday on the 16 May. Order was not delivered. I even paid extra for the morning delivery since it's her workplace. Had to blow out the surprise since flowers were not delivered. Got into a chat with a live agent. Apologized and did a replacement order to be delivered on the 17th. Realized replacement order didn't have my customized card and the balloons. When inquired again on a chat said contacted fulfiller to include the card and balloons on the replacement. Also said "rest assured that I'll keep eye on this from time to time to have this delivered to the recipient." Order gets delivered on 17th, but only the flowers. No card no balloons. Tried to contact and get a refund nothing happened. chat was disconnected. I told charge only for flowers + tax + shipping and give me a refund for the extras which is about 35+ dollars. Promised to call but no one called yet. Really disappointed.

I went to place an internet order for a sympathy arrangement, which on my end never went through for some (at least I thought so since I never got a confirmation page or number. Thinking that it didn't go through, I tried again and this time it was placed successfully.  Later that day I received I received a phone call from a representative inquiring about a duplicate order. I explained what happened on my end and he stated that he would "cancel" the one order. Later on that day I received two (2) separate e-mail confirmations for (two) 2 orders. I called again and was told it was an internal mistake. The following day I received two (2) e-mails stating the orders had been shipped. I was charged for both orders. OVERALL during this process, I called and talked to seven (7) different people, three (3) customer service reps and four (4) "Billing Dept." reps. All stated that they would take care of the problem and that I would be reimbursed, first through Paypal. When I found out that they had submitted it incorrectly through Paypal, they stated they would mail me a check and I should receive it in 4-6 weeks. It never came because I found out, 8 weeks later that it had been sent to the funeral home in the "deceased" name, not mine. The last billing department rep I spoke with insured me she would take care of it, verified my name and mailing address and said it would take 4-6 weeks (ridiculous). Well guess what, it's now 10 weeks later and still "NO" reimbursement check. I have given up on fighting with these people and have written my lose off. I will never use them again and suggest that anyone who places an order with them over the internet, double check with them that they received it only "ONCE".

They have 24 hour service. You can call or you can do it on the computer. The only thing I don't like is they are Indian and some of them are hard to understand. But that's okay, everyone needs a job.

I like that it is easy and inexpensive. We ordered a lot of flowers through our church. They gave us coupons. I have only had one bad experience with them, and they fixed the problem.

I sent the Get Well Flowers the last time I used them.I have probably used this service five or six times in the last couple of years. Everytime that I have used them there have'nt been any problems at all.You can have your flowers shipped as quickly as next day if you are willing to pay extra for that service.

I have a confirmation that says they were supposed to be delivered on Valentine's Day, but they were not delivered at all. I tried calling last night, but I couldn't get through. I spoke to them today and they referred me to the online order tracking. Online, there was no status. I finally spoke to an agent, and she agreed that the flowers were not delivered. She could not give me a reason why they were not delivered. She offered me a 20% off gift card and asked if I wanted them redelivered but I said no. I did get a refund. My sister had the same experience and I will not use them again.
