No waiting, they took me right in and did the inspection. In the past when I took the Harley to a Harley dealer, I had to make an appointment, perhaps a week later they bring it in and wait much longer than I did at Kip Killmon. I was in and out in 15-20 minutes. Great people to work with.

Very quick and efficient, no waiting. Arrived at 3:15 out by 3:45 pm. Very pleasant atmosphere and service writer.
