About us

At Window Nation, we know replacement windows. We’re third-generation window replacement experts who have been lucky to provide homeowners replacement windows, siding, and doors for over fifteen years. We opened our first showroom in Maryland in 2006, quickly growing to serve homeowners in cities across the country – and we’re not stopping there. We’re grateful for every homeowner who has trusted us to upgrade their most important asset: their home. We’ve learned a lot about home improvement over the years, but the most important thing we learned isn’t about window replacement. We learned the home improvement industry isn’t about offering the best windows, siding and doors; it’s about the relationships we build with our customers.

The replacement & installation went really well. The only issue we had was with the interaction with the measurements guy who was totally rude and snappy when I asked what the measurement was for the sliding door and his reaction was totally uncalled for. We ended up buying the sliding glass door from Home Depot, because we don’t need to be disrespected in our own home. Other than that the install guys were awesome. Thank you!

The company was very easy to work with. The office kept me informed of the making of my windows and scheduling of the installation. They were very pleasant. When the workers arrived they were polite, quick and knowledgeable. When it began to rain I didn't hear any complaints even though It couldn't have been pleasant or comfortable for them. When finished they left my home clean and dry even though they were quite wet. Great job!

They were in and out in one day and cleaned up after themselves, that's where the positive ends. Every window was left with seams and cracks around the trim that wasn't sealed. One window had caulking hanging from the window and on the trim. Another window they cracked my trim in half and tried to fix it with a nail, though their is a crack putting the trim into two pieces. Took pictures and sent it to them, haven't heard back. HIGHLY disappointed

Work was performed on time and was professionally done. Absolutely no complaints and no follow-up required. I based my cost rating strictly on the dollar figure. There are cheaper windows available but few, if any, with this quality. As a buyer, you must decide which Factor is most important to you. You get what you pay for and this was the second time we have purchased these same windows from Window Nation and, as noted, the quality and workmanship was extraordinary.

Be ware of these scam artists. Heard an ad in the radio about helping local businesses during COVID. Call them and scheduled for an hour with a sales rep. Went through the schpiel for an hour. Agreed on a price and got and Email confirmation, then the games started. They started dodging calls, then claimed the sales rep got fired and called to say they have no idea where those prices came from. In short it was a giant waste of time and totally unprofessional conduct. Took time out of my schedule , spent an hour on the phone not to mention that ridiculous app, only for them to develop amnesia and renege on something I have in writing. The prices went up a $1000 on one window and they were in no mood to address the discrepancy. It seems like a bate and switch. Buyer be ware . You are much better off with Pella or Andersen. Prices are good and the crew is professional. This is a joke of a company and got knows what the product looks like. Stay away

We were extremely satisfied with Window Nation from start to finish. The initial meeting was great because the sales person showed us all the different glass options and how well they reflected the sun. It was extremely easy to get everything set up. On the day of installation, they crew came as expected and did an excellent job. We would definitely use them again!

From sales to installation the experience was very positive and would recommend. We had Dave Harrison for the sales representative and he was very punctual and professional for the in house appointment. The installation team was very good and was able to install 47 windows in 1.5 days. The price was very competitive and the financing plan we received was also very competitive. We would definitely use Window Nation again.

Windows installation was quick and easy. And the end result was far better than I thought. They worked with my homeowners association with no problems, the window color match (as required by my HOA) was spot on, all of the window flashing was a perfect match as well. They also had a veterans discount which knocked off another 10% in addition to the buy one get one sale that they had. I would highly recommend!!!

Great! We had windows and door installed few weeks prior. However, when we went to use our screen door the other day, we noticed it was jammed and hard to move when we tried it. We weren't sure if our dog or child caused that, however, and we called them to come check it out. Josh came over and fixed it great. Turns out, some tension screw things at the top of the screen door were not originally set correctly (but the bottom ones were), and it is something that is easy for even experienced install techs to overlook. Total time from getting here to fixing was about 10 minutes. We also appreciate them for coming out during social distancing times, as, in my opinion, screen doors are not essential services. Thanks,

At first, everything seemed fine - the sales, the measurement, the quoting, and the installation. And then we noticed that there were cracks on the wall due to installation - WindowNation sent a team later to fix them and said "not sure what happened but they shouldn't be cracks like that". Then, we noticed that due to the change of the windows, almost none of our previous blinds can be used on the new windows (the new windows are narrower) - we are talking about 13 windows! and the Sales did not mention that the new ones will be different (it's in the fine print of the agreement). We went back and forth with the Company on this and they finally agreed to pay us $500 due to the oversight of the sales - which we have never received the check and can no longer get hold of them. It's been a year!!
