The installation crew of two were fantastic, They replaced twelve windows in about 4 hours including caulking. The crew was very efficient and kept everything clean. Love the new windows (middle grade of three). This was the second time we have used Windows Nations and if ever we have more windows to replace we would not hesitate to use them again. Every one from the sales person, office personnel, to the installation crew were excellent.

It was. long process. The person whom came to measure the windows was not friendly and he was in a hurry which resulted in five windows incorrectly measured and thus an install that was span over several months. The windows when installed were not cleaned and thus problematic to reach the upper windows. For example, I had two tempered glass windows installed and they were left with adhesive (clear) sealer and black sealant on them that I am still trying to remove. I have sprayed them with windex and tried wiping them off. The installers were more in a hurry to do a job and go rather than focus on quality. Quality is not there with WindowNation. If so, they would do quality control checks on the windows ordered before going out on a job and inspect the windows when they are done to ensure they are clean. I have had to get out a ladder to climb up to the second level of my home and clean windows from where caulking or adhesive was smudged on the windows. I would d not recommend them to anyone nor would I call them to have other windows installed. The quality control is not there.

It went very well. They arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. There were no surprises or disappointments in the price, installation or follow-up.

I have never seen that unprofessional service and bad customer experience. I wish I have checked reviews before hiring them. They brought the door that was a wrong size. They only measured it once when they told that they measured it twice. Looks like they did a wrong measurement and of course could install the door. I have been waiting for more a month since and no concrete response. They dont even bother to tell me when they will replace the doors. In addition one window is not closing normally and they suppose to come and check and no-one came. Will never have business with them again.

Very well, aside from the delay (ordered in July) Windows were finally installed.

Chris provided a detailed presentation regarding Window Nation, the company, window replacement process, the product options and attributes and materials of each, and comparison with other companies. He demonstrated the window efficiency. Chris also had sample windows that I could test out. He measured all the windows and provided an estimate and worked with me on pricing. Chris was very thorough in his presentation and demo, and answered all of my questions. Chris followed COVID safety protocols, was quite pleasant and respecful. Having already met with other companies, I decided to contract with Window Nation based on the quality of their windows. I look forward to getting the new windows installed soon!

My original salesman, Olani was really nice. No pressure, very knowledgable. There were one or 2 communication glitches about installation, but I'd place most of that on pandemic staffing issues. And, each time everyone I spoke with at the company was super responsive and just really seemed to take customer service to heart. They did the install in one day, as promised, and left my house sparkling clean. The product is terrific! Much more energy efficient, super smooth, beautiful to look out of and blocks out noise from a nearby freeway, which I wasn't even expecting. I've already referred a friend!

They installed all 20 new windows in one day, working late to avoid pushing into another day. The installation crew were great to work with and did a quality job.

Window nation was amazing!! From our sales manager to Christian and his team of installers and others, they were all super sweet and happy to answer any questions you had. They were very good at responding to you and the whole process was very smooth, even with COVID. I would highly recommend Window Nation to any of our family and friends!! I’m so excited and pleased with our new windows!!

Olani did a great job selling window nation to us. He was very transparent about everything. They were very accurate with measurements after coming to the house twice. They were able to install in one day with no problems.

We hired Window Nation to replace 16 windows in our townhouse. The in-home consultation and selection process was very easy. We did encounter some delays schedule our installation due to COVID but otherwise the process was very smooth. Michael and the entire team have been great to work with.

The quality of the windows is outstanding. I was able to take advantage of a sale, so I thought the price was very good. Considering that the installers are factory trained and the windows and screens are guaranteed for life, I am very satisfied with the value. The installers arrived exactly on time. They removed the nine old windows, installed the new ones, and cleaned the site in one day. In addition to being total professionals, they were very nice to me and my two cats. I do not want to waste anymore time and energy dealing with this unprofessional company. So many things went wrong with our transaction that could have easily been avoided by Window Nation. And, our neighbors have had similar responsiveness issues. It's hard to believe for such a large, well-marketed company. Some basic, simple, common sense customer service and installation actions could have mitigated 90% of the problems (i.e. do what you say you're going to do). I had an issue from the day of install (crew installed a window that they clearly damaged and then tried to cover it up with caulk). To get someone to come out and make the repair took two and half months and, I'm not joking, at least 25 calls that I made to them to ask for service and a response. They acted professional on the phone and at every turn I was assured "someone from service" would call me back to schedule the repair. This NEVER happened. They do NOT call back. This is that company you hear about...sales team was great, they said all the right things, then the install happens and you know corners were cut, but the price was so good and maybe it will be fine. Then you have a problem and attempt to contact them. You leave a message and they NEVER return your call. REPEAT X25. I know that we are in the midst of COVID, they were having staffing problems, etc. But this went on for MONTHS and they kept making commitments but never following up. They were not prioritizing a current customer. And, I was VERY cordial, understanding, non-demanding and professional with them (not a problem customer that they would want to avoid). Today, I am still waiting for them to repair their repair. Yes, I just said that. After they repaired the damaged window, the window now does not open! I contacted them and they said the service team would reach out to schedule an appointment in about 5-7 business days (I've heard this before!). That was 16 days ago...still no call. Now am I going to have to go through the same process all over again of calling 25 times with lovely promises, but no response for 2.5 months...? Before all this happened...Between paying our deposit and our install, my neighbor needed windows so we mentioned Window Nation. To this point, our interaction with WN was fine. We had high hopes. Our neighbor eventually went with WN for their windows (Whole house), Our neighbor submitted our names to WN for their referral program, which WN offers a $250 AmEx card with any referral. Our neighbors' windows were installed about three weeks ago (and she also had some problems with them damaging a window, forgetting a window and having to come back) and our neighbor informed us that they paid in full on their install day. BUT did we receive the referral reward AmEx card? NO. And, I'm sure getting WN to honor their own referral program will be another long drawn out process requiring dozens of calls and explanations. Bottom line. If you go with Window Nation, it might workout for you. I'm sure there are home owners out there that had a great experience with WN. However, if you have any issues, good luck trying to get then to come back to help you. Be prepared to devote time and energy to get them to make repairs and honor what they promise and say. One last point. I, like many of us, have been sensitive to businesses as it pertains to COVID and our new reality. But, please know that NONE of my issues relate to or are a result of the problems the COVID pandemic has created in this industry. I was patient, gave them time to respond, expressed understanding, and asked for clarity and response in a reasonable timeframe considering COVID. In other words, craftsmanship, professionalism, manner, integrity and kindness are at the root of my issues with WN.

Salesman put on an elaborate presentation of windows and used typical high-pressure sales. Indicated the price he offered me today could only be guaranteed if I signed the contract then and there. Went through a ploy of continually reducing the price to make it seem like I was getting an amazing deal and even walked outside to call his "sales manager" to get authority to drop the price even lower. He ended the conversation stating that I that would price match any other competitor that had the same "quality" of windows. I received a quote from a nation-wide window installer (Window World) substantially lower that what they (Window Nation) offered on the day of the install. After weeks of back and forth on the validity of the Window World price and the specs of the windows, Window Nation refused to meet their price match guarantee. They based it on the fact that Window World produces an "inferior" window and that since Window World is a franchise they don't have expert installers and can't meet their quality of installation. I requested proof that their windows were inferior and they couldn't produce it without getting back with me. Frustrated that this was going no where and their continual harassment to pay the balance, I gave in. The windows do appear to be of good quality and the installation was done quickly and hassle free. However, I will not use them in the future nor can I recommend them to anyone else due to their high pressure sales tactics and refusal to meet their price match guarantee. Completely dissatisfied and frustrated with the entire evolution.

This was a complicated review to write because my experience was unique due to Covid and some miss information passed through a company in transition due to the outbreak. My original installation was scheduled to happen during early March and they were just installed in August. I would like to recommend the installers and the manager for there follow through with getting things done but my initial workings with the sales and execution team was very poor. I don't like to post negative results based on part of the experience but my reality as a customer was mixed due to the departments not communicating effectively within Window Nation. As I write this review, I have not heard back from the team about 4 additional windows I requested and received measurements from the Great Installation crew!

Signed a contract in June. Installation was supposed to be done in August but towards the end of August, I was told installation would be done on September 2nd. We removed blinds and moved furniture in readiness for installation and the installation team were a no show! 3 days later, still trying to get an explanation on what happened or when the installation will be. Very poor communication from the company and just horrible customer care, no respect for customers at all. its like they are doing a customer a favor, but they already took the deposit!
