At Window Nation, we know replacement windows. We’re third-generation window replacement experts who have been lucky to provide homeowners replacement windows, siding, and doors for over fifteen years. We opened our first showroom in Maryland in 2006, quickly growing to serve homeowners in cities across the country – and we’re not stopping there. We’re grateful for every homeowner who has trusted us to upgrade their most important asset: their home. We’ve learned a lot about home improvement over the years, but the most important thing we learned isn’t about window replacement. We learned the home improvement industry isn’t about offering the best windows, siding and doors; it’s about the relationships we build with our customers.

"[member name removed], So glad that everything went smoothly and Chris was helpful. We hope you're enjoying your new windows and your home feels cooler!"
Signed up online for an estimate. Selected from their 'available' meeting times. Got a call within 5 minutes stating they were fully booked the day I selected (although they had about 5 different time openings). So basically their online scheduling is a joke.
Then they called to verify the time, I agreed.
Then, they called AGAIN to verify the time. I agreed again. Then they asked me if my wife would be there. I said she should be. "Sorry Sir, we cannot come out unless you are both there. It's company policy". My wife had told me she should be there, but if she wasn't, I could do it on my own as she wasn't worried about windows. So I just wasted my time to find out they refuse to work with families that are busy and one spouse that doesn't care about which windows they get.
Stupid policy.

"Dear [removed member name], I am sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our company policy’s. Per our records we show that you contacted us about replacing windows at the address you listed above on January 13, 2014. We ask that all homeowners be present at the time of an appointment, so you all receive all the information. The reason we need your wife home for the appointment is because due to DC records your wife is the sole home owner and all work for the home needs to be signed off by her. The reason we pull the public record is to see what year the home was built and if you are in a historic district. We have to pull permits for all work done in DC, if you sign a contract and are not the home owner it then becomes a legal issue. We would love to come out and provide an estimate should your wife be home. If you have further questions or concerns I would be happy to help. You can reach me directly at 443-577-3164. Brittany Stewart"
