Description of Work: I had Marshall replace some asphalt shingles that had come loose during a storm on my 3-level townhouse. They did an excellent job matching the color and left me the leftover shingles for future repairs. Also had them caulk/paint the rake on the right gable while they were up there since it was looking shabby but had not been a big enough job by itself to justify a service call. The work was done on time and did not exceed the estimate. I'm thrilled to have a reliable, professional company I can rely on to perform even small repair jobs at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: Marshall representative came and quoted a figure for replacing our roof. He was very professional and fair. Ultimately, we went we another company, but it was a tough decision based upon the minutest of distinctions.

Description of Work: Outstanding! I got stung by a bad roofer in 1994, so this time I did a lot of study. Marshall was one of the top two and the only one qualified to do a complex, high-pitch roof. They even provided me with a soft copy of the Certainteed installation manual that the installers adhered to - to the letter! |Check them out: Only Certainteed qualified installers; pride of workmanship; will go the extra measure to ensure customer satisfaction.

Description of Work: They completely replaced gutters and downspouts with larger capacity items, and repaired and replaced soffit and fascia wood and trim areas as needed. In a separate job, they replaced chimney flashing and a vent pipe collar. Again, they worked quickly and professionally, hardly knew they were there, except for an occasional equipment whine, followed by thorough clean-up (no stray gutter spikes or scrap materials).

Description of Work: I have two dormers on the third floor of my townhouse that needed to be sealed (caulked) to keep birds from nesting in the seam. As far as I know they sealed both dormers as requested and did so very timely. I have not seen any birds around my dormers so I presume the problem was taken care of.

Description of Work: Very responsive - did an initial "quick patch" until the needed materials came in. Also, I was on an out-of-state military trip, and they were very accomodating to work out payment arrangments.

Then he gave a printed quote of roof replacement and explained the problems of my current roof and what they are going to do. I did a Google search afterwards and found all his claims are valid. And his quote was the lowest from the 3 that I compared. | |Their contract does not require an upfront deposit. And their scheduler was very responsive in keeping us posted on changes of dates due to severe weather. Their contractors came on time and finished everything (replacing shingles, underlayment and half of the plywood) in 6 hours. They cleaned up everything nicely. The only complain from my neighbor was that one of the contractors climbed to their deck for cleaning without noticing them as someone was at home at that time. | |A week later, a quality assurance personnel came for inspection. | |Overall, I am very very happy about this experience with Marshall Inc. Everything, from price to quality to professionalism. I would definitely do business with them again. |
