We had a great experience with Innovative Painters and will hire them again in the future.
They responded to my online request for an estimate almost immediately. They were great at communicating via email and phone. Innovative was flexible with adjusting the scope of my project beyond what was discussed at the site visit and their pricing was very reasonable. They arrived on time (30 minutes early actually) and executed the job very well. The quality of the workmanship and onsite color matching was perfect. They maintained a clean work site and completed the project in exactly the time frame they had identified at the time of the estimate.
We will use Innovative Painters again and recommend them to our friends.

I found Innovative to be professional, responsive; pleasant; flexible. We hired them for three separate jobs and when in one case I indicated we were in a hurry they came on a Sunday and did the work. I also appreciated  their hauling away some old paint cans as a favor!

You know how you imagine that work will be done in your house and make everything better, without any details poorly executed?  Well, that's exactly what Innovative did for us. After mold remediation was completed to repair the damage from a malfunctioning dehumidifier, Innovative replaced walls and trim, then primed and painted to leave the rooms without a trace of evident repair. When door facings could not be found as wide as the original, they filled in around the new ones so well that they look original.  This is how home repair and remodel should be done.  Everyone at Innovative was professional and easy to communicate with via phone and email.  As an ending to the ordeal of mold remediation, Innovative's work was a positive experience.

I asked them to come out for a consult on a Wed evening, and they were there, with the paint, ready to paint at 8am that Friday! I was so impressed with their timeliness and professionalism. Not to mention, the paint job looks great and I've been getting lots of compliments. I've done a lot of work to my house and have never once had a team complete such a high quality job so quickly. I absolutely recommend them and will use them again.

They showed up just a few minutes past their scheduled arrival, but stayed an extra 15-20 minutes to finish up the last bits of cleaning. They did a great job on all areas, and more than l would have thought possible in four hours. Our house has stayed cleaner longer than it has after some other cleaners in the past!

Team arrived on time, laid down protective canvas for the floors and walk ways, moved their equipment in, started at 0930 and finished at 1530. It looks wonderful, transformed the old studio/bedroom into a perfect teenage girl room.

Very professional.  They arrived on time.  They had estimated that it would take one day to complete the work but they were finished around noon.  The work is good quality and looks great.  Everything was done as we had agreed in advance.  The cost came in exactly at the estimate.  

In advance I explained to Innovative Painters that my upstairs neighbor would be paying the bill since she was responsible for the damage.  They said this was not a problem.  After the work was completed it took longer than expected for my neighbor to pay them since there was a misunderstanding and she initially payed the condominium association rather than paying Innovative directly.  I appreciated the fact that Innovative was patient with the situation and allowed us time to work out the misunderstanding.

We hired Innovative to remove wall paper from one bathroom and bedroom, and then paint a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. They showed up on time for the estimate and provided an extremely competitive bid. They then showed up on time as scheduled and completed the work in two days, the exact time frame they told us. The job was expertly done and the painters were professional and courteous. I would certainly use them again and recommend them with no reservations.

This was a very professional job, and I am thrilled with the results. The prep work was huge - covering furniture, rolling up rugs, patching walls, etc. and all was handled without mishap. It was a large job - lots of hallway spaces, doorways, and three full rooms.

They were able to finish in less time than they estimated -- three days instead of four -- and when they finished, every piece of furniture was back in its place. The gentlemen were professional, worked well together and were respectful of our home, too.

I would not hesitate to call them again, and plan to do so in the spring for an exterior job.

It was first time for the housekeeper to work in my home.  The home is rather large: 3 levels w/ 2 full and 2 half bathrooms. At my request, Signora concentrated on the kitchen, the bathrooms, the master bedroom, the carpets, floor boards, baseboards, and wood-floor areas.  She could not clean everything thoroughly because, in my opinion, 4 hours is not sufficient time to clean the entire house well. (I and former help usually needed twice the time).  However, what she did  she did well.  

The housekeeper clearly forgot to take sofa cushions off the living room sofas and and chairs in order to clean away the crumbs before replacing and fluffing them.  It seemed that Signora was cleaning one specific thing in each room (e.g., mirrors) before doing something different (e.g. dusting floorboards).  I have no idea if Signora forgot to clean the under the sofa cushions in the family room, because I did not check when she was still in the house.  Perhaps Signora ought to consider cleaning well one room at a time, so if time runs out, what was not done thoroughly --or at all-- could be cleaned first the next time.
Signora left the bathrooms and kitchen sparkling clean -- better than they had been in months.  She worked so hard that she was perspiring on a cold day.   Time ran out before the tile floor in the foyer and down the hall could be cleaned.  Signora's supervisor came inside to check on things before driving to their next job. This, for example, is why I think 4 hours seems insufficient.  Perhaps I need to re-think having the house cleaned weekly.  I will discuss this with the supervisor.  
I need to stress that the housekeeper worked hard, invested all her energy and strength in the job, and was a delightful lady.  I look forward to seeing her again this week.

The owners came out to take a look at what we wanted done, discussed what they could and would do and sent an estimate along with a brochure on what to expect.   Theirs was one of four estimates we got, and they seemed to be the best for the money.
The date was set after we sent in a downpayment and the crew showed up on Sept. 29 to clean.  Two guys, and they got that job finished that day and discussed what they would be doing the next day or so.  The next day about five guys showed up, went at their jobs hard and long, with few breaks.  They finished prepping and doing the priming job. They said the dormers may have to be replaced, but called their office, which dispatched a crew the next day that did carpentry.
 The promised team came out and assessed the work to be done.  The third day of work, giving the primer a day to dry and the carpenters time to figure out how to fix the dormers, one of the carpenters and the larger crew was back, doing the painting and doing all the wood repair..  Ricardo, the crew chief, was fantastic, discussing things with us and working hard to make sure everything was done.  He spent a lot of time at the end of a very long day for them, trying to make sure the screens, which an earlier job had screwed up, were installed correctly, although some of the screens were ill-fitting. We told Ricardo we understood if he wanted to use nails to dig into the frame more, but he said he wanted to try to get them in the way they were supposed to go, despite years of not working well. 
They installed a new peephole, did a great job on the front door and all the trim and we were highly satisfied.
A day or so passed and we had high winds and a couple of screens were dislodged and fell to the ground of our townhouse, a 3-story model.  We called and that afternoon Innovative had a 2-man crew out to get the windows back up and to check all the windows and where they were not satisfied with the fit, they got them in tight with nails.
They're still up.
A couple of things to note:
Their office crew was always available and responsive and made things happen.  Because our HOA specified Benjamin Moore paint, even though Innovative uses Behr (the preferred choice of Consumer Reports), we decided to buy the paint.  There was no hesitation on Innovative's part for dropping the price on the estimate.
We really liked the operation and the crew, particularly, especially Richardo, who was a hard worker and made sure everybody was deployed correctly.  He and all the crew members were quiet and professional (not loud, no radios or noise other than the expected repair and maintenance noises), yet pleasant.  But they did flat-out work!  And we could not be more pleased with the result.

They were on time for the appointment. They were courteous and professional. They were respectful of my neighbors. They did the job well and color matched the paint beautifully.

Initially there was some confusion regarding the stain to be used.  When they came by for the estimate. they insisted on a stain that they said I could look at at Home Depot. The Home Depot near me does not carry that particular stain. I visited several home Depots and found the stain, selected the color, emailed them the choice.  When the crew arrived to do the job, they did not know what the stain was or the color.  i had to get on the phone to the boss. This was a major delay, but finally, they got the selected stain and the job was done. It took longer than I expected. After this mix-up,  I was worried that I could not be there for the finish. However, all was done well and the price was good.
