John came to my home and even though I knew what I wanted, he measured the space and ran the numbers through his program. He found I needed a smaller system than I had thought, and it's cost was substantially less. The unit works flawlessly.

Consumers choice was very responsive and knowledgeable about what needed to be done in order to upgrade my thermostat. I am very pleased with the final product and their service. The overall cost of estimate and project seemed on the high side.

Rick is very professional. He offered me a service contract for my heat pump that will save me money in the long run. He did not try to get me to replace my heat pump immediately which others have, even though it still works. I will definitely use this company again.

They aslos were extremly professional and explained hwo they wanted to approach the problem. His prices were about 30% lower than other companies than had quoted the same job. This was a fantastic service and I will use him when I do need to repalce the air conditioner.

Originally, I had hired a company to check out our air handler. The company is not associated with Service Magic. I was very displeased with the company. I called Service Magic. A few companies called me, 2 of them were very helpful. Consumer's Choice will be the company I use if I have anymore problems with the system. The original problem was with the blower motor, the tech that repaired it also checked the system and said he needed to blow out the drain line. That caused a leak in the evaporator pan. He pored so much water into it, a booklet that wasn't blocking the drain moved around a blocked it. A 2,700 fix. RIDICULOUS!
