Our underground water service line split. The work involved digging a 25+ foot trench, running new copper pipe, and connecting it to the house main. I was very pleased with the service. The staff was knowledgeable and completed the project in what I thought was very good time. The cleanup was top notch. The walls were cleaned, drop cloths were used, and all extraneous dirt was put back into place or washed away outside.

My wife was here when they came. On a positive note, they called and came early. They completed the work. The gentleman was nice. They charged $45 for the part, which seem a bit excessive. That was a con. The gentleman was sick when he showed up and that was a con. There were additional charges. They’re on time, professional and courteous. We did get what was advertised for the tune up. They followed up with a phone call after the work was done to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. That’s what I want people to know.

"Thank you for the review , the part and additional installation not included in the toilet tune up deal was actually $45 total, Fill valve replacement just was not included in the deal many times the tune up does not require additional part or labor. For one of the toilets, he needed to order a flapper because it was special.  He came again next day with the flapper, fixed it, and only charged $25 for the parts.  He is very professional and gave me lots of tips to keep the toilets in good shape.  He had plenty of knowledge to share with me, a customer, answered all questions.

We had a serious back up of water in our laundry/utility room.  We could not figure out where the clog was coming from.  The guys came by right away, working us into their schedule and staying late 2 nights in a row to make sure we were taken care of.  They were very courteous and professional and more than fair on price.  I never felt any kind of pressure from them or like they were trying to sell me something.  When the work was done, everything looked great.  We will absolutely be using them again in the future!

The company was very responsive in contacting me to schedule the service.  On the day of the service, the lead technician (Cory) called 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on the way.  The appointment was for between 8am and 10am.  They arrived at 8:30 am.
They performed all the services that were promised in the online offer.  They gave me full estimates before doing the extra work I requested.  The full inspection of plumbing in my house done with me watching.  They explained issues as they went around.  They promised to follow up with a written explanation and estimate of other potential work.  They did not do any hard pressure selling but I did feel like they were pointing out all the worst case scenarios.  The effort was not a waste as I now better understand the plumbing and what to look for.

The installation went very well.  The installation technician was professional and courteous.  He offered some additional services that included the installation of a light in the attic space.  When he left, I was very pleased and had I filled this out then, the result would have been different.  However, about a week later, I walked out to the common area behind my house and found the entire piece of plywood and shingles that he had cut out of the roof to install the fan.  He had obviously tossed it when he was cutting the hole, but didn't bother to come back and clean it up.  Then I noticed that one of my landscape lights was lying in an odd area completely smashed up.  This light HAD been in my backyard.  It seemed odd that this light had been destroyed AND then moved to an entirely different location.  Can't prove that it is related, but he was the only person in my backyard (that I know of) during this time period.

He replaced a light where the chain had broken and replaced a few outlets. He did a nice job and explained what he was doing as went along so I understood what he was doing. He got as many completed as he could in the time frame the Deal covered. I was very pleased with the service.

The tech explained what was done in detail and explained that I was due for a new hot water heater. He showed me why and gave me a quote for the heater and pipe changes necessary for the installation. The price was well below what others offered or what my friends were being quoted for similar service. I had 4 Pros installed the new heater and the same professionalism and explanations came with that.
Only down side, the punctuality. The first service was over an hour and a half late, they did call but it was later than expected. The same was true on the installation day but again there were calls with updates. So it did not decrease my overall rating of the company.
I would use them again and have recommended to my my friends.

The deal was around 400 but i upgraded to nicer looking, smaller 5 inch fixtures for about 150 and then the light switch work cost me a little extra.  FYI, there are less choices of led bulbs that fit the 5 inch cans as opposed to the 6 inch cans that came with the deal but i was able to find led bulbs online that i liked. The deal includes cheap incandescent bulbs.  The work went smoothly and he did as little damage to the drywall as possible.  I had to repair the drywall on my own but that was expected.  Now my living room is a place we can actually use.  Wish i had this work done sooner.
