Our Air Conditioning went out and I got three bids on the repair. The first was over 15,000, the second almost 12,000 and then HomeAdvisor called and asked if I wanted a third bid. I am glad I said yes. Alliance Mechanical came out and actually took the time to troubleshoot the problem and determined that the only problem was three blown capacitors, probably due to a lightning strike. The total repair costs about 600 dollars and that included a supply of filters and an adapter that I ordered and had installed. I do not know whether the other companies were trying to sell me an entirely new system when they knew I did not need one, or whether they were just incompetent. What I do know is that Alliance Mechanical Services is honest, competent and reasonably priced. They will be getting all my HVAC business in the future.

The owner contacted me immediately after I put my information into Home Advisor. He had an awesome technician here very first thing the next morning. He was friendly professional and efficient. I was without central air for 4 days, Contacted Alliance and they were there the next morning. Highly recommended, Jeremy knew his stuff and was able to immediately fix one of the units. He worked patiently with my Warranty company ( took time and perseverance) Showed on time, worked efficiently and was exceptionally nice to work with. I will hire them again.

I contacted Home Advisor on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Almost immediately after I hit send, Lenny, the owner called me. We set up an appointment for Tuesday morning at 8am at my request . Jerremy arrived right on time, diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repairs and gave me tips for the future! Excellent work. We are new to the area but I will definitely be telling my friends and neighbors about Alliance.

My furnace stopped working on a Sunday and therefore I submitted my project on Home Advisor. After a couple minutes of submitting the request, Linnie (the owner of Alliance) called me asking about what happened. He was very friendly and courteous. Additionally, he spent a couple mins on the phone going over what what might be causing the issue. He said he was willing to service it that day, but because it was not that cold out, I elected to have Linnie come out on Monday. Linnie arrived promptly and on time. He quickly got to work and had the furnace up and running in less than an hour. He explained what he fixed and also offered suggestions on how to keep the furnace running smoothly in the future. I would highly recommend Alliance Mechanical Services for your home furnace repairs. I plan on using them for their Spring cleaning special. I also felt great supporting a locally owned business and they also offered an active duty military discount!
