I called Best Blind for help with an old vertical blind on my enclosed patio, it spans 14 ft. The right side would no longer close to center. Jeffrey was very thorough and experienced in working on the entire blind system. He adjusted and lubricated and they work great. Even reinstalled the drooping valance overhead. He gave me pointers on how to lubricate and what type lubricant to use. He is professional, pleasant and fair priced. I very much recommend Best Blinds as a good business.

All the rave reviews about Jeffrey are right on the money. Professional. Pleasant. Efficient. Well Priced. We did have one issue with a roller shade. He and I both thought it was polyester with a linen finish, but it turned out to be actual linen. It shrank about 3/8 of an inch (which he warned me might happen). Still looked better than when he started, and all I had to do was trim down the wood weight rod. It still works in the window. Otherwise, everything with several mini-blinds and two wood blinds went very smoothly. He's very good, and I highly recommend him.
