Woody Chevrolet Sales Inc

This was a horrible experience and after three visits to this garage, my car is still not fixed. The first time I took it in, in early July, they said something about a bracket being loose and they tightened it and charged me a little over a hundred dollars. Within a few weeks the problem came back, so I took it to Woody's again. This time they said their "tech support" told them to apply a special lubricant to the malfunctioning part, and this time they charged me around fifty dollars. At the end of August, the problem came back AGAIN, and this was the worst part of the whole experience. Woody's kept my car for a week, didn't do a thing to fix it. In fact they kept putting off work on it, telling me they would "get to it tomorrow." Meanwhile, they did not have a loaner for me--they said they only had one loaner and it was out--and so I had to miss some days of work. In the end, I took the car to another garage after a week because Woody's changed the price of repairs on me. When I took the car in the first time, they said the part would be around $150 plus labor. By the end of the week, the price had gone up to over $500. I told them I'd take my car elsewhere, and when I went to pick it up, the man handed me a bill for $66 for diagnostics--of the same problem they had "diagnosed" twice before and never fixed. I told him I wasn't paying, took my keys, and left. Unfortunately, the other garage I took it to couldn't resolve the problem either, because Woody's service center had cleared the error code that resulted in the check engine light. I have to wait for the problem to occur again, and take it to this other garage.
