Mr. Singh responded right away to my voice mail message. Appt was set up for 2 days later. Mr. Singh ordered the needed parts and showed up on time. He was very friendly and professional as well, graciously agreed to extra work (cleaning inside dryer and shortening our dryer hose). Work was done quickly and correctly. The final bill, including maintenance cleaning and hose shortening, was less than quote from another shop. We're very pleased. Thank you, Mr. Singh!

The technician was on time, despite both inclement weather and a change in schedule that we'd requested. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. Within a few minutes of arriving, he had determined the cause of our washing machine's malfunction, dissuaded us from pursuing an expensive repair, and offered his professional opinion on replacement options. This was an exceptional experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to use this firm for any future appliance repairs.

It went great. Manjit showed up right on time. He looked a the refrigerator and nailed down the issues (blown compressor!) and also educated me on the newer models and some recommendation on what to look for and what he sees out there as products with more and less issues. he recommended that i reach out to my manufacturer since i may still have warranty on the compressor and see if they will fix it under warranty and if not to give him a call and he would be happy to come back and fix it. since the visit was quick and the issues identified quickly, he was not going to charge me at all (That does not happen these days so it was nice to see that gesture). I paid only a 3rd of what his rate for coming out. I would recommend them based on my experiance to anyone.

Superb. Tested all 3 a/c systems and found/explained the problem on the one unit that needed replacing. Provided advive, options and a competitive quotation while onsite and scheduled appointment to suit us. Manjit was very punctual and kept us informed at all stages. We liked that he visited to fit as arranged but offered to revisit when it wasn't raining to avoid moisture entering the system. Always polite and particular. Cleaned up after himself and discovered another part that unexpectedly needed replacing during the fit that he swallowed the cost of. A very helpful no nonsense, no BS, and reliable firm. US Appliances are now in my go to firm for annual servicing.

US Appliances Services responded very quickly to our online quote request and made scheduling an appointment extremely quick and easy. Leading up to our appointment, we received a phone call with 30 minutes notice before arrival as promised, within the original time window as committed. The repair was completed in under an hour and the technician was very polite, knowledgeable and friendly - you can really appreciate the fact that this is a family run business. Will definitely call US Appliances Services again if needed!

We had a leaking fridge that had going for who knows how long because it subsequently had destroyed our floor boards behind the fridge and creating a leak into the basement that we just discovered. I called on a Saturday and they said they could send someone out on Monday. Manjit showed up and without me saying anything, he could tell we were a shoe-free house and took off his shoes at the door. Manjit was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing; he was able to quickly diagnose the problem, which was a cracked drain pan. He had to order the part and come back on Thursday, and got it fixed quickly. In hindsight, I thought the $240 was a bit steep for a piece of plastic and 15 minutes of work, but I guess that's how they make a living. And Manjit assured us that this fridge we thought we were going to have to replace will now probably last at least another 5 years, so it's worth it.

The service was amazing. It turned out it was not my washing machine and my drain is clogged. Not only was Mr. Singh able to diagnose the problem very quickly he was very honest that the problem is actually not something he can service and I was not charged for something unnecessarily. If I have any issues in the future I am definitely using his services again and highly recommend him.

Terrible. I found the website by Googling and then cross-referenced on Angie's List. The website clearly states the services offered but when I explained the issue I was told that they only work on 2 types of appliance - not including dishwashers. He couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. So unprofessional.

Mr. Singh showed up within 24 hours, and he took his shoes off before coming into the house. He also was excellent at communicating with me what time he would be here. He was in and out of the house, with the repair done, within an hour. There was a belt part that had broken, so he had to take the dryer apart, which was fascinating to watch. Very pleasant man, and I look forward to doing business with him again.

Manjit was punctual, polite, friendly, and quick. He arrived right at the beginning of the 2 hour window he had given me, kicked his shoes off at the door without being asked, assessed the situation (we needed a couple components replaced), ordered the parts, gave me a quote, and set up the next appointment to do the repair. When he returned, he knocked it out in no time, and everything is working great now. Most importantly, he was easy to talk to and deal with. He was patient and clear in his explanations. This company clearly prides itself on customer service.

It turned out that I was going to need a new washing machine because repairing the old one would have been more expensive. I was happy that he was honest with me. I would call him again for sure.

They did not fix the problem and took our money.

Mr Singh did a great job, was responsive, timely, professional, polite and really went out of his way to make sure he did a great job and that it was done properly.

They answered my phone call the first time I tried them, and came out the next day. Gave me an option of not fixing the door as the fridge is 10 years old as a means of saving money. I opted to do so as the broken door was a nuisance. As soon as the part was in they came over the same day to install it.

He came out and repaired the dishwasher but told me that the repair may be Ter portray in the we neeed (in most liklihood) a new control board. He charged for the service call but advised me that the amount charged would be credited back in case we did need to replace the board. It turned out that we did need to replace the board and they returned to do the work very professionally.

Mr. Singh was fix the issue which involved replacing the felt liner around the dryer tumbler. He was prompt, courteous and professional and completed the fix in under an hour. I chose US Appliances Services based on the high reviews and know why and will definitely be using their services in the future as well as recommending them to friends and family.

I called on a Friday morning when the washer gave me an error code and quit working. Mr. Singh was able to squeeze an appointment in that same day. He came out, diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to order the part and install it early Tuesday morning. Compared to the horrible service I have received in the past from my "warranty services" I was quite pleasantly shocked. I will definitely use his company again. Responsive, professional, and a genuinely nice guy.

THe gentleman that came was a professional and make short work of our repair for what we thought was a very fair price. We highly recommend this service

Excellent. Replaced heater element and thermostat (came as a pair). Took him less the 30 minutes. He called ahead to say he was running early (was that alright? Yes.) Gave a 9am to Noon service window. Arrived about 8:50am. Had the part (I gave him the dryer model number two days earlier). It is fixed.

Highly recommend US Appliances. Diagnosed my problem immediately and repaired our Monogram Refrigerator in about 20 minutes (replaced control board). Called the following day to make sure everything was still in working order - great customer service. I will definitely be calling them again for any future appliance repair or HVAC (yes, they do that too) needs!

Manjit Singh is the ultimate professional - a genuinely nice guy who is committed to sensible solutions and willing to provide candid advice, even if it's not in his personal financial interest to do so. He is always incredibly responsive to my requests and has on more than one occasion given me over-the-phone advice and instructions to troubleshoot to allow me to do some minor DIY fixes to save me from having him come himself, a favor that my wallet appreciates (also makes me look to my spouse as if I know what I'm doing :)). My only hesitation in singing his praises (won't point out the pun here :)) is that by doing so, he may be less available to me in the future but that's a small price to pay compared to making sure that as many Angie's Listers out there benefit from an honest businessman who charges fair rates and helps you to focus on the things that matter most to you (family, work, hobbies, etc.).

We have used Mr. Singh for both appliance and HVAC issues. He has repaired a high efficiency Kenmore washing machine as well as our dishwasher. He came out quickly and has always been very responsive and professional. Most recently, in fact today, Mr Singh replaced our outside AC unit. His pricing seems fair and he is honest and trustworthy. We switched to Mr. Singh from a service contract with a large company which advertises all the time. We are getting a better deal, and certainly better and more personal service!!
