The repairman came two hours after I called him from Chantilly VA to Gaithersburg MD and even called to say he was stuck in traffic on 270 and would be late!. He immediately diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator, defective defrost heater, and was finished in approximately 1 hour and cleaned up the freezer as he was working. I will definitely call US Appliances again for any appliance repair

Prompt to the call and were able to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator in seconds. Did a good job with the repair and my fridge was functional again in a matter of minutes. I think the overall repair cost was reasonable too as it needed replacing some damaged parts.

Excellent experience. Mr Singh showed up on schedule (with no trip charge) and quickly diagnosed my leaking kitchen sink as a minor problem. He promptly fixed the problem for a fee that was less than the trip charge quoted by a competitor. I would definitely use him again.

I highly recommend this contractor. I called another appliance repair center and they could not come to fix my refrigerator for another week. I was so desperate since I just did my grocery shopping a day before. This contractor replied immediatedly within a minute of sending him an email and came to fix the refrigerator the same day. He his very professional and the price for the repair is very reasonable.

Mr. Singh was very quick to calling to schedule the service call and, despite my having to reschedule twice, he was unfailingly pleasant and accomodating. My dishwasher needed a part which he ordered quickly and came back out to install on schedule. Very reasonable cost and very, very pleasant to work with.

US Appliances arrived promptly to my home to service my Maytag dishwasher, which was not cleaning my dishes well. After carefully listening to my issues, the technician began systematically inspecting all of the parts, and running the machine through it's cycles. After a few moments, the problem was solved. The issues was a disconnected tube to the top of the washer. Since this issue could happen again, the tech showed me what was wrong, and how I can fix it myself in the future. I only paid a reasonable service charge. I would definitely use this company again.

We had several appliances that needed fixing, Mr Singh return my call for service very fast, was on time, gave a clear explanation of what I was looking at and how much it would cost me.He fixed a dryer within the next 30 minutes and ordered a part for our dishwasher. I really appreciated the honest advice about one of our appliances (freezer) which was not worth repairing. Mr. Singh also followed up several days later to check that everything was working right. Great and reliable service!
