LIARS AND SCAMMERS: This place should not only be out of business but the employees there, especially the state inspector, should be held accountable for their actions and the danger they put customers in. My girlfriend dropped off her 2016 HRV for an inspection and left to run errands. She was called later by the front desk telling her that her car failed inspection due to a bad left front ball joint and quoted her $289.48 + $20 inspection fee to repair. She did not move forward with the repairs and picked up the car right after. I checked the ball joint and saw no physical issues with the ball joint and no play. I took the car back to this shop and asked them to show me the bad ball joint. The inspector seemed nervous and showed me that there was play (loose) on the suspension. I told him the play wasn't due to the ball joint, and he asked someone else for their input, and the other guy said it was the strut mount. So they tried to charge my girlfriend for something that cost a max of $60-$80 to fix. I didn't let them do any work on the car and took it to our reputable mechanic to check it out after. We come to find out that the car's suspension had been tampered with on the front driver's side, which is what it originally failed for. These scammers removed the rubber gasket that goes on the top of the strut mount, making the right side tire have play when in the air, as the inspector showed me. If you look at the pictures on the right side (not tampered), the bolt has not been touched, but on the driver's side, the silver has been scratched off, meaning that someone put a ratchet on it to loosen it up and on top of that they left the gasket on top of the bolt after they took it off. This is something that we would not have noticed when opening the hood of the car. There is still a plastic cover that you have to take off to access the strut. Our mechanic even went as far as to say that there was nothing wrong with the gasket and put it back on in 3 minutes and the loose play went away. These scammers expected my girlfriend to agree to the repairs over the phone not to do any of the repairs but put the gasket back on in 3 minutes for $289.48. The worst part is when she did not agree to move forward with the repairs; they still let her drive out of the shop with a loose suspension which is the most frustrating part. These scammers not only tried to rob her, but they put her in danger by leaving her car like that. Ladies, please do yourself a favor and find another reputable shop or mechanic because these people will try to take advantage of you. They will clearly do anything to get money out of you, even if it means to tamper and screw with your car. I plan on submitting this to local news media outlets as well as reporting the state inspector. That inspector should not have a license or any access to a shop at all. This store will let you wait for hours and then tell you they cannot provide the service.  I was the second person there this morning, and I informed them of the part I needed to pass inspection.  More than two hours later, they informed me that they could not do the work because they did not have the part.  They decided to wait for over 2 hours to tell me they did not have the part...it was the only reason I went to The Tire Shop was to get the part.  I will not go back.

Tires are great, they price matched the lowest I could find, and they
provide free (and fast, efficient) rotation for life of the tires.  I had my first free rotation last week, they got me in same day, and I was in and out in forty minutes, no charge, no pressure to buy anything else. Very
happy with the speed of service, professionalism and price. I will use them for all tire needs.
The B for professionalism is simply due to a lack of parking in and around the location; it's very crowded.

The Tire Shop went above and beyond for this annual safety inspection.  Unknowingly I had a fog light that was out, but it turned out not to be broken.  They helped me get it back in and pass the inspection immediately.

I brought my vehicle in the middle of a Wednesday afternoon and expected a wait for the emissions inspection. Instead the inspection was complete in under 30 minutes. Another service shop had my vehicle for four hours earlier in the day and didn't get it done.
As I have experienced in the past, the counter staff is very professional. The waiting room is very comfortable (though I wish they weren't playing Fox News in the TV).

Easy as can be. Line was long but moved even faster than anticipated and the estimated wait time was much shorter than expected. Inspection was done quickly (even though I had a minor problem) and I was on my way. Just the way I like to do business.

It was time to bit the bullet and find out about getting new tires.  Yikes!  Went to The Tire Shop because some of my coworkers have gone there.  It is a very busy place, the front desk staff are very nice and professional.  Left the car for new tires and was surprised when it was ready ahead of schedule.  The do dispose of the old tire, but there is a charge for that.  Guess that's standard.

I had some fairly serious engine repairs performed on my wife's car.  Gaskets and cooling system leaks were repaired, as the car had a lot of miles and we couldn't let it leak everywhere.  The work ran into problems and took two weeks and was a hassle, but the end result was excellent.  About a month after the repairs, a new seal leaked all over the garage floor and they repaired it completely under their 12 month 12K mile warranty.  The car has run perfectly since for the last year and 20,000 miles.  Will continue to use them. Not the cheapest in town but their work is done right and it stays fixed, which is more important to me.

Dropped car off night before. Work was finished by noon the next day. Staff was professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Don't know how the cost stacks up against other service providers.

It is a full service auto garage. They do tires, oil changes and engine work. When I first started going there I thought they were pretty honest and trustworthy but maybe a little pricey. The longer I kept going to them I had my doubts. Some of the things they said, I wasn't sure about so I took it for a second opinion so I don't know. They are probably good for oil changes and tires but for engine work I think you need to do your research. They are very pricey and I’m not sure how reliable and trustworthy they are. They have good customer service. I would use them again for things like oil changes.

We called for estimate. Estimate was reasonable compared to others.  Made an appointment for next day. We dropped car off and they provided a shuttle to our house.  Car was ready within a few hours. The job was completed to our satisfaction.
