I worked from home on the day our service was scheduled. They called the day before to let us know that they would be there at 8:30 am. Early that morning, they called to inform us that they were running late. Overall, the communication was great and the deep clean was well worth the money. Wilbur (Will) Ramey was a pleasure to work with.

After initial appointment for quote didn't get back to me with written quote and appointment date for a week. Showed up a day early for cleaning appointment. Move-out cleaning quote included refrigerator/freezer clean-out, freezer wasn't cleaned. Shower stall wasn't cleaned - doors and floor were dirty and soap scum in soap tray and on floor. Carpet wet 36 hours later and still dirty. Talked to Wil Ramey and he stated that they spent 2 1/2 hours cleaning the apartment and they gave me an hour free because they had only charged me for 1 1/2 hours and they would come back out and clean what they had not for $50 an hour. After talking to a neighbor, they were actually only there for approximately an hour. At the initial consultation when Mr. Ramey sureveyed the job on-site, he quoted $150.00 to clean. No time was discussed. He agreed to do the job for a set price. Upon further inspection this weekend, the cabinets had been wiped down somewhat with what must have been a dirty rag because their were smears everywhere and still spots inside and out. Mr. Ramey also stated that the carpet were cleaned twice with a shampooer and once with an extraction machine and the carpet needed to be replaced because it was heavily stained and would not come clean. I cleaned the carpet this weekend with a ***Machine and the carpet is now spotless. The water in the ** machine was filthy. Ramey International definitely did not clean the carpets, they simply dumped a LOT of water on the carpet. I cleaned the Shower doors with **cleaner** in about 10 minutes. Ramey International did not provide the services that they were paid for nor were they honest or professional. I do not recommend their services and will persuade anyone I speak with from doing business with them. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

The cleaning was certainly a quality job and performed very professionally. However, there seemed to be some disconnects in the communications. The team was 2 hours late and did not seem to know what was required when they arrived, even though an onsite estimate had been performed and the cleaning requirements established at that time.

The cleaning crew did a good job; however, they left a broken lightbulb base in its socket and broke a bracket supporting my vanity's mirror. Furthermore, they missed cleaning my sliding glass door. The company's owner replaced the bulb with one that I had, and did not patch the hole he left in my wall when installing a new bracket for the mirror. Furthermore, he did not clean the adhesive from the door, as promised. Since he ignored my verbal and written requests seeking completion of the cleaning job and wall repair, I will not use this company again. I am most disappointed.

I have since had a follow up discussion with Ramey Tech - the reqret the communication snafu's and have generously offered 4 free cleanings to compensate for the inconvenience - which I think is very generous. I am satisfied with their offer and plan to take them up on it.

The two cleaners did a good job vacuuming and dusting; the bathroom baseboards weren't cleaned, nor was behind the toilet. Very professional, though, and very pleasant demeanor. They had promised to come one day, but weren't able to make it til the next. They got a "fair" on timeliness b/c they did not make it on the day scheduled; they came the next day and I had to call the company to make sure we were scheduled for the following day. I'm not blaming anyone, and Stephanie was very nice and took care of us, but I wonder if the people in the field need to keep in better contact with her so she knows what's going on to better inform the clients...

Very quick, efficient, attentive and curtious. I called mid afternoon one day and a 2 person staff was able to clean the very next morning. In addition they were able to provide a carpet cleaning service on the same day. Two thumbs up. Thanks for everything!

Contact person very concerned that we were satisfied. Crew was ready to leave without doing all I had requested, but went back to work cheerfully when I pointed it out. Didn't fully clean appliances (stove, refrigerator) because they "looked" clean. I would have liked a little more cleaning on the appliances, but I couldn't be there when the crew finished, so I didn't see until they had left. I recommend being on-site while they clean to ensure thoroughness. Crew was industrious, worked well together, and didn't waste time. I specifically asked for cleaning fingerprints off walls, but they only did the main floor and not upstairs or basement.
