While working overseas in Afghanistan I called Scott in September, gave him the phone number for my tenants, and with my email address. My tenants never received a call and I never received any correspondence.

Work went very well. Plumber was concerned that other things needed to be moved to get the work done, but he was able to get everything done without disconnecting anything else. Work was on time, quick, and very reasonable. We called on Monday and they couldn't send a plumber out the same day. They recommended another plumber but we waited till Wednesday. I'm glad we waited, honestly. Plumber was very good.

came in very punctual, it was professional, very skillful and polite. found where the issue was very quick and provided the suggestion (need to redo the bathtub). 100% i will use the service again!

The service provider was very responsive in setting up there appointment and was very punctual, professional, knowledgeable and quick in taking care of the problem. I would use them for my plumbing problems again with no reservations. I was a little taken aback with the cost but I haven't needed a plumber in years so I am not familiar with the going price for things these days.

When I called I spoke with Daniel and he came to our home the next day. After looking at the copper pipes that were attached to the joist with no wiggle room he asked if I would be OK for one more day as he wanted to have assistance with it. I was fine with that. So the next day, Daniel and Scott (Owner) came by. They fixed the leak in a very short time for a very reasonable amount of money. For both of the appointments Daniel called in advance to let me know when they would be arriving. They were very professional and knowledgeable and cleaned up when they were done. I will absolutely use them again!!!!

Plumb Crazy has been my plumber for 13 or so years. My kitchen sink was recently clogged. Scott and Daniel once again were on time, professional and experts at what they do. I would never use another plumber.

Excellent service. They arrived within 1 hour of my call. The technician was very courteous and friendly to me and my two dogs. He looked at the problem, gave me options and price estimate for each. I chose the fuller option to be sure we resolved all problems. He did a partial rebuild of the flusher and snaked the pipe. Kept everything dry and clean. Cost for partial rebuild was $219 and $129 for the snake work.

Daniel was very professional and spent some additional time with me on steps to winterize the hose bib and internal pipes. With the Angie's list discount the cost for replacement of the vacuum breaker was reduced from $189 to $164. I did not get a second opinion so I cannot comment on whether the price was too high but it seemed to be ok. The length of the visit was approximately 40 minutes. Daniel was professional and responsive and I appreciated the extra time spent with me on winterizing issues.

Received quick call back from Scott to schedule service. On the day of service, Daniel called as promised 30 minutes prior to arrival and within schedule. Daniel reviewed the outstanding issues and was able to immediately identity the issues. He walked me through and demonstrated the problems and then reviewed the fixes with me after the work had been completed. After reviewing a fix, he made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the remedy. The service was performed quickly and efficiently with the entire appointment taking a little over an hour.

Quick reply for initial estimate. When I scheduled, was able to schedule same day. I was given a window of 4 hours, and was called when repair person was half an hour away. Work was done quickly, with clear explanation before and after, good discussion of other things to look for in future as a result of slightly high water pressure reading. Daniel was prompt, professional, and helpful. And quick.

From making an appointment to the technician showing up, every thing went easy. I appreciated the technician showing up on time and calling to let me know he was on his way. He also explained what he would be doing to replace our very old laundry faucet and asked if I had any questions. Their price also came in lower than another plumbing company.

Would recommend them and would call on them again. Initially I spoke with Scott who asked me to send a picture of the shower control so the plumber could arrive with the right part and gave me a 3 hour window for the plumber to arrive. Daniel called when he was en route and arrived at the beginning of arrival window. Daniel was great, he took the time to answer all of my questions, he was very courteous and once he was finished fixing the shower he answered other questions about plumbing issues we have been having. Daniel honored the Angie's list coupon for @25 off. Was a great experience from beginning to the end.

Great. We had a mystery whistling noise upstairs when ever water was run in other places in the house. Daniel found the problem right away. It was the toilet, I never would have guessed that. He explained options and then performed the work we agreed on. Nice guy, and was very professional. Thank you.

Found break in pipe quickly and fixed it. Discovered there was a second leak and fixed that too. Hot water header element was bad. Gave me part number and I went and bought it which saved me $$$$$. Got heater working and all is good! Gave me an honest assessment of the issues found and helped keep costs to a minimum. Would use that again in a heartbeat. Both crew members were very good and courteous. Only issue is one of them kept taking personal calls from / about a girlfriend that I had to listen to. Not really that interested in his personal problems / life.

These guys went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did they fix my suspected Sump Pump issue, they also educated me on the root of the issue which was my frozen pipe leading to and from the sump pump. They also informed me how to address anything having to do with the sump pump in the future. Needless to say I did not have replace the unit, which was quite a relief! Their communication was above par on all levels, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing issue.

Everything went great. Arrived in the time window I was quoted. They went and looked at the issues and quoted me a price and made sure I was fine with it before they started. Said if they see any other issues they would let me know, quote me a price and make sure I was okay with it before starting on it (they did not find any other issues). They did have a little problem while doing the work. Evidently the set screw for the tub spout had spun around and was unreachable. They had to saw off the end of the spout so they could reach the set screw and replace the spout. Doing this extra work did not increase the already quoted price. They were professional, quick and tidy. They even reminded me they had a coupon on Angie's List that I could use if I printed it out. I will definitely use them again. Thanks.

Very fast and efficient and they called 15 minutes prior to arrival. They also gave us an estimate on our water heater which we knew needed to be replaced. They also explained what they needed to do and what they did afterwards which was very helpful and informative.

They were great. They responded very quickly. The guys were right on time and they gave me multiple options for the repair. The work was done rapidly and expertly. The new values are a big improvement over what we had before.

They were awesome - coming out in the middle of a major storm when my basement was flooding due to a burned out sump pump and working until 2 AM to replace the pump and make sure the water was going down before departing. I later had them come to the house for a few minor repairs to leaky faucets, and they replaced what needed to be replaced, but adjusted other faucets at no charge, saving me unnecessary repairs. I would hire them again.

Very well. I called provider yesterday and was able to get appointment next day for a toilet install. Provider called yesterday and provided 3 hour window for install (11A-2P). Daniel called 30min out confirming that he would arrive by 11AM, and was here at 10:50AM. He was very professional and courteous. They took out the old toilet, installed new one and tested it. I asked if they could use the custom handle from previous toilet.. Daniel removed it and tested it out on the new unit but wasn't able to get it installed without potentially impacting functioning of new unit (given the old handles dimensions). He explained why it couldn't be used and left it here in case we wanted to use it elsewhere. Although the install price of the service is higher than other providers I found (they did accept $25 coupon from AngiesList which brought it down to $304), I've had Plumb Crazy do several jobs and opted to use them. Daniel was excellent and I couldn't have asked for a better technician to do the job.

Scott arrived right on time and immediately went to work to diagnose the issue with the leaking toilet. He immediately saw that the toilet flange was not properly installed, which led to the toilet leaking and the flange breaking. He went over my options for repair and/or replacement of the flange since the concrete and tile was uneven and was preventing the flange from sitting flat on the floor. He and Danny, his lead plumber, removed some tile and got the flange flat and stable, saving me a ton of money. The toilet was replaced and caulked and looks great. Great job, great teamwork and super professional. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
