They did a great job of working around some totally unexpected electric issues (our issues, not theirs.) They worked from morning until night and got the job done and tested in one day. A few weeks later, our new system didn't work and they were here immediately to figure it out (bad defrost board). They rigged the system so we had AC until the part came in, and of course that was all under warranty. We'd use them again. And for what it's worth, I shopped their price to several AC people and they were totally in the ballpark - not the cheapest, but only by a fraction - and by no means the most expensive, and they were able to act faster than others too.

I called in the morning and they were here in the afternoon. They explained everything very well and were able to do a quick fix for ac unit until the part came in. Price is for part and labor - thermostat and circuit board.

Pretty much everything went smoothly. The estimator showed up on time and was willing to discus several options, including the "value" furnace version I needed. He was a little pushy with the sale but overall the price was excellent. The workmen showed up on time, did a very good job, and only took half a day to do the work, which was very fast for this type of project.

Despite what was stated on the company's web page in Angie's List, the estimate was not free: they handed us a $90 bill for the estimate after they looked at the boiler, without warning us that we would be charged for the estimate itself. Estimated cost for project was $800.

I have these guys service my A/C before summer and the furnace before winter. I had a contract with them for years that gives me priority and emergency service. They are very professional even though when they installed my A/C unit they messed up my house a bit.

This is the second time we have used ME Flow in a little over a years time for the same problem. The same technician, Brian came this time who came out previously. Brian's professionalism and knowledge were terrific. He took the time to teach us about the air conditioning system as we are trying to hold off buying a new one until absolutely necessary. Also ME Flow is available to come out that day unlike another company we have called in the past who told us three to four days and a window of over twelve hours to wait for the technician.

The repairman identified and solved one problem and said that the unit seemed to be working fine. A few days later we were having problems again and the company sent out a different repairman who identified a coolant leak and recommended that we contact the person who installed the unit, as it was still under warranty (installation was done by a different company). The second repairman said that the problem should have been identified on the first visit and apologized. We were not charged for the second service call. I also appreciate advice I was given on the second visit regarding getting our original contractor to fulfill his legal obligation to make sure the unit was running properly.

Very responsive to timing requirements of other contractors. Returned on time to reinstall and get airconditioning back in operation.

They performed all the work in a professional manner. Installation went very well, Gary and Paul did a great job. They did a lot of custom vent fabrication in the basement during installation to make the new unit fit properly, showed a lot of pride in their work.

Very good to excellent; extremely thorough; first visit was over 2 hours; second visit over 1 hour; price is fair.

The technician had good knowledge. I was very much impressed with the service and signed annual contract with them so that they can do the AC maintenance during start of winter and summer. Overall good experience.

Called another company that we had previously used first. They could not come out for 3 days. They recommended Flow who came out the following day. Brian S. was the tech. Allowed me to watch him work and explained everything he was doing. Gave many options for what needed to be done versus what could wait. No pressure to replace as repair was enough and strongly suggested waiting to do bigger future repairs that will be needed after doing some research on our own for prices and options.

Willing to come out to the house the same day we called to request service. Plumber called before arriving to let us know he was on his way. Prompt and courteous. My only complaint is that they are VERY EXPENSIVE. The service cost $189 for 10 minutes worth of work. They charged us $89 just to come to our house, and charged us for a full hour of labor when they were only on-site 10 minutes.

WE WERE OUT OF TOWN WHEN THIS SERVICE MAN CAME. OUR HOUSE SITTER LET HIM IN. WHILE HE WAS WORKING HE FELL THROUGH THE ATTIC AND PUT A HOLE IN OUR HALLWAY CEILING. WHILE THIS WAS REPAIRED AND EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE, IT DID TAKE SOME TIME FOR THEM TO GET BIDS.
