Home Depot Inc - Leesburg

They did an excellent job. We've ordered a fair number of things from Home Depot before and we've been very happy with them. 

We've done a lot of business with Home Depot. The install they did for these counter tops was very good. We did have some concerns about a misunderstanding about a certain part of how they were doing the back splash that between the counter top and a pass thru window that goes into the dining area. But we got it worked out, Home Depot stepped in and said hey this is what was on the order form, and the company that was doing the installation fixed it and made it right. 

I use the Home Depot.  I think it was October time 2015.  They replaced a door and it was $1500.

NEVER BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT. Especially if the appliance needs a plumber or electrician to install it. We purchased a dishwasher.

The new one was dropped off and the old one was left in place. Had paid their hauling fee for delivering the new and taking away the old dishwasher. All we were told was to ensure there was a three-prong plug for the new dishwasher.

Absolutely no full service available. (We told them that we were handicapped ... So need full service.)

Got an "it is what is attitude from all involved."

THEN ADDED CHARGES because we had to call in a licensed/electrical service to complete the task .... $535 out of pocket. "WHERE'S THE BEEF" WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE DAYS!?!
Certainly not at Home Depot. Their deliberate misinformation is scandalous; a known practice among service companies.

They did a fantastic job on the installation. However, the first time it was supposed to be installed, like a weekend before hand, the installer had a family emergency and had to go back to China. They rescheduled me. For the second installer, the night before he had to show up, had some sort of personal issue and said that they had to reschedule me. The third time they rescheduled me, the guy finally came out and did a fantastic job. I was super unhappy with the fact that it took me like two extra months to get it done. I am unhappy with Home Depot because on the paper work they said, it is supposed to be 24 months pre-financing and then I get the bill. It turns out, it is 24 months pre-financing on the deposit and for the rest, I only have 6 months to pay. I am not happy about that. The actual install was great but for the whole package deal, I give them a D.

I was most impressed by the efficiency and high standard of quality or work completed. It took less time than anticipated. The estimate was spot on. No hidden fees or extras. The install team was pleasant and very task-oriented. Obviously, you want the best ... but when you get it, it is so gratifying. Kudos to the Home Depot Carpet Installers team.
I had many follow-up questions before the install and the Home Depot representatives in Leesburg were always courteous, professional, and helpful. Another big plus was that Rebecca in the Flooring Department assisted in working out all the minute details of the estimate to help me to stay on budget. She was a rock in an ocean of TMI. All in all, I am very pleased with my beautiful carpet! Thanks Home Depot!

I find the sales people at Home Depot very helpful when you need to find something. And obviously the price is right.

They always have plenty staff available to help you.
