They did a great job. The were professional and worked quickly.

The staff was very professional, didn't try to upsell, and completed the work on schedule. They also did a great job with the repairs and charged a reasonable price for the service.

They were so professional. Their set up made everything very easy. They had a car rental service on premiss and they have relationships with all of the car insurance companies. The work looks great.

Did a great job repairing the damage, explaining the process and expectations as to cost. Results look great, they even took the time to buff out a couple of scratches on the doors for me at no additional cost.

I was in an accident, they were wonderful in the begining, even called several times to give me an update. The issue came the day I picked it up, they called and said a sensor that open my back tailgate in my SUV was Missing. even after i was rear ended it worked perfectly but now it was gone. They had to order the part and it was going to take 2 weeks. It's been a month and I never heard from them. My back tailgate doesnt open from the outide, I have to use the remote to open it or from the inside of the car, it's going to cost me approx 1200.00 to get it fixed now from the dealership, and if I dont it'll lower the resale of my vehicle.

Craftsman Auto Body has many location in the area making it convenient to drop off your car. They have Enterprise and other Auto Rental places inside their facility which make it easy to pickup and return your rental.

When I picked up my car, they had detailed my car inside and outside. I never expected this special touch.

I will recommend Craftsman to all my friends.

We had a basketball hoop/stand fall on the hood of our car. I called the next morning, and was able to get an appointment for an estimate that afternoon. We had decided to pay on our own instead of using insurance, as we didn't expect it to cost a lot more than our deductible. We got an estimate immediately, and they were able to take the car right away. We took it in later that evening, using their night drop. They estimated it would take up to three days, and explained the work would be done in Purcellville but we could drop it off and pick it up at the Leesburg office. They called the next day and explained that it would cost slightly more due to a change in the painting but that it would look much better that way. It was done in less than two days - and they were nice enough to call about an hour before their closing time to let us know it was on the way back to Leesburg so if we could get there by closing we could take it that day. We rushed in and got there on the dot of 6:00 - and were able to pay and pick up the car. It looks great, just like new. Every step of the way, the Craftsman people were professional and helpful, and I would definitely go there again.

My insurance company sent me to Craftsman in Leesburg for the estimate and repairs. They took it right in that day, processed it on the spot. I was offered a rental car. All the agents, mechanics, attendants were professional, helpful, pleasant and thorough. They gave me a ready date for over a week away.... UGH! But happily it was ready in half that time estimated. The work is so good I couldn't even tell there ever was any damage to the truck. Paint matched perfectly. The best part is, the repairs are guaranteed for ever, as long as I own the truck, and I plan to keep this one for its life. How many auto repair outfits give that assurance? I have nothing but the highest praise for Craftsman Auto Body of Leesburg.
