It went well. It was nice to find out, he just told me what was going on and I had a good system.

The work went well. They were on time, friendly, courteous, and they did what they said they were going to do. They were saying that to do some further tests, they are going to charge but by the end they did not charge that so it's the same price as the promotional on Angie's List.

The service provided turned out very good. My wife said the person that came by was very personable, very nice and did the job. We have an issue with the air conditioning this few days ago so we had them come by so that was another $65 plus $49 from before.

Excellent! He was prompt and courteous and gave me tips on keeping it clean in the future. He answered all my questions. I accidently paid twice and the office called to inform me of my error. The office manager was extremely polite and helpful.

It went very well. They were able to get here within 12 hours. They were excellent! came on time and told us the problems and all the options then they repaired it immediately.

Shawn B. showed up at the scheduled time, 12:45 PM and immediately recognized a problem. He informed me of the freezing around my unit. Shawn recommended turning the system off and allowing the unit to thaw. He ensured me; he would circle back to me around 6:00PM. It was 90 degrees outside, but I complied. Yet again, Shawn showed up on time to take another look at the system. I had previously been told I needed to replace the unit for a small fee of $5000; however, magically all I needed was "Freon". Thanks to Shawn, who saved and blessed my day for less than $140. One of the best decisions I have made this summer was joining Angie?s List and calling Armstrong Mechanical Services!!!!

Armstrong called me to ask about a mid-season tune up. I had bought a special over a year ago and did not use it because it was the first time I used Angie's List and did not know the process. I was assured that they did a lot of business in the Richmond area and it would not be a problem for them to service my air conditioning unit. I made an appointment for the tune up. My son was at home when provider arrived-on time. Provider was knowledgeable and efficient. They were respectful to my son, who is 25, and went over what they did. The units checked out okay. I am very please with the service we received. I recommend Armstrong for Richmond area

It went great. I was contacted promptly to schedule the service. The technician was prompt and courteous. My system was just fine but it never hurts to have a professional check things out. I would use Armstrong Mechanical again anytime.

Fine job - honest and quick. Asked if I needed anything else but no high pressure sell for stuff I did not need - which many HVAC firms try. . Friendly worker.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went well. They were very professional, they actually came in and inspected the job, came in the next day, and as promised, completed the job.

I purchased a big deal from them and their services turned out fine. He was an "A" all across the board. He went above and beyond, because we have not a heat pump but a separate furnace and air conditioner, but they are side by side. Without me asking, he did a visual inspection on the furnace as well at no charge.

They gave me a 15 minute window to be at my house and they showed up within that time. They were very good and the young man who came to my house was excellent.

Armstrong mechanical provided professional and top-notch service from the very beginning. Daniel, the owner, fit me in on a Saturday because my heat pump was turned off-which I really appreciated. Shawn, the technician that came to my home, was on time, professional, and did a great job of diagnosing my HVAC problem. Both the service and value was wonderful and I will call these guys if I ever have any other HVAC problems in the future. I highly recommend their services.

We like them. I've actually used them twice. They do a good job and they are prompt. I trust them, I know that sometimes air conditioning checkups can be a racket and I have no sense at all that they were doing that. They were really very nice. When we made the call originally, we would have gotten a lower price but we did use the $10 off from the Angie's List booklet.

Very responsive and quick to come out and diagnose the problem. Our A/C went out and it was so hot outside and I was worried we would have to wait several days, but we were able to get an appointment the next day and it was fixed within an hour.

This is the second time I have used Armstrong Mechanical. Daniel Armstrong replied quickly to my request for service and both times scheduled an appointment for the following day. I would highly recommend the professionalism of the company. The price charged was reasonable too..

The workers very polite and they were early. They had some issues installing the heat pump, but they stayed after to make sure that it got done right.

Service call went great, see above. I will definitely use them again for my Fall furnace "tune up" ! If you are looking for a reliable company who will not take advantage of you, call them. You will be pleased.
