Great work, Great price, Very Satisfied Daniel even had to come back to my house because they crew working had accidentially hit another wire while drilling for the new service. This caused my living room lights not to work. He came over at 5:30pm and worked about three hours to get my lights back on and was nothing but professional the whole time even thought I am sure he would rather have been heading home for the night. Believe me not many people would have been so willing to come right then to fix it. I would HIGHLY recommend!!!!

I called the company and they sent a technician within a day or two. Shawn arrived at the time specified. He explained and showed me why my unit needed to be replaced. He provided me with an estimate at that time. He told me someone would contact me within a few days to schedule the replace, which they did. Shawn returned at the time specified. He was very professional. He completed the installation within a reasonable amount of time. The new unit works great. Shawn is a great technician. I will recommend this company to anyone who asks.

They did an excellent job. The new central air works well, cools the house much faster, & is more energy efficient. Their price was much lower than the other estimate I got.

They charged me $150 more for the Freon. The price was okay and I would not use them again.

Bought the Angie's list special. Service was prompt and the technician very professional. When he entered my home he immediately put on on shoe covers to avoid tracking anything in the house. He performed a thorough inspection and test including getting under the house. He provided me with a detailed report and patiently answered all of my questions. He offered me an annual service contract which I am considering but will probably sign up for.

.danial armstrong came to estimate replacing my hvac system. he was knollegeable and professional. he put on shoe protectors as not to track mud as the other companies tracked mud. all was good, but he didn't offer the name brands i was interested in. he did offer a quality system.

Excellent service. Have previously repaired our AC systems and did good work. For this service, we had purchased the $49 deal on Angie's List for a heater inspection. However, we called and scheduled that when our heater stopped working. We had already tried replacing the thermostat and it still didn't work. He showed up on time, very courteous. Discovered that we had accidentally turned the "switch" off (looks like a regular light switch, but on our system is in a really bad location and we easily bump it b/c we also use this closet for other storage. We didn't realize what this switch was for.) Technician thought that in conjunction with the switch, the control board was shorted so he put that on order and estimated it would be $300. For this trouble shooting, he only charged us the $49 inspection we had purchased on line. When he returned on a separate day with the control board and replaced that, it didn't fix the problem. He replaced the thermostat and that fixed the problem. He suspected that turning the "switch" off had shorted the original thermostat and the one we replaced ourselves. He did not charge us for the control board and did not charge us for labor because he felt it was his mistake for not catching the thermostat in the first place. Was very honest and upfront about what he found and would do. Will definitely use them again!

Everything went well. The appointment was scheduled a couple of days after the purchase of the deal. Shaun arrived on time, explained what he was doing and answered all questions satisfactorily. The only thing that he may have missed out was that there was no lubrication of moving parts but I did not ask about it at the time of his visit and so I am assuming that the AC parts were in a good enough condition that did not warrant lubrication. The tune-up was completed in about 30 minutes. Good value for money.

We called Armstrong Mechanical to service the heat pump as we were selling the house and a couple of items were reported in the home inspection. Shawn was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. And the cost was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend/use them again.

The contractor showed up at the agreed upon time and performed inspected my air conditioning system per the purchased deal. He was very thorough and professional. My A/C system is pretty old and he gave me some tips on purchasing a new system in the future so I wouldn't over spend. He also gave me some maintenance tips to keep my system running well. Overall I was very happy with the service I received for only $49.

It was great. Scheduling was a breeze and they came on time. Inspected my system in a timely manner and were able to quote me for what needed to be done right on the spot.

The first time I used their service, the owner came to do the work. He was great and I was pleased with that experience. Both times they were on time for the appointment. However, the most recent time they sent a technician who was not knowledgeable and did not know what he was doing. I was not happy with that service. They called to follow up about the service and asked for an evaluation of the technician. I told them honestly that if they sent that technician again, I would not use their services.

I purchased a $49 HVAC Tuneup. What is actually included is a checkup.....there is no tuning included. Shawn was punctual and responsive and answered several other questions I had about the thermostat I just replaced and some questions I had on moving a duct return (that was not necessary according to him). He provided a report on my HVAC unit and said it was working fine, but he did tell me that Angie's List likes to promote this as a tuneup when in all actuality it is just a checkup. It is for that reason only that I'm not giving this review all A's and the issue is more with Angie's List than Armstrong Mechanical..

The first time they could not find anything. The second time they came out they gave me a credit for the first visit because once the circuit board shortened they were able to find the problem. They were punctual and notified me that morning of their status. They called again when they were about fifteen minutes to a half hour away. They keep in touch with those who are in need of service.They continually give you updates of when they are arriving so you don't have to wait all day. They work with you on scheduling and they are very accommodating.

The person who came out was a young man, but the service turned out fine. We set an appointment and he came on time. The young man was courteous and I was very happy with the service. They did offer a semi annual service at a discounted rate. I am considering using them for that service. I also asked for a bid for additional work and they did follow up with a quote.

They had to order the part and it took a while for the part to get in. Fortunately, it was not hot outside the week we waited. They responded quickly and sent someone that day to do the work. Overall, I was pleased with the service.

The experience was pretty good. They came out on time to do measurements and get figures. They emailed me with all the information and estimate.

He came on time and quickly started to check everything in the attic. He said everything looked fine. Everything turned out great and I was pleased with the service. He did exactly what he was supposed to do.

They were professional and courteous. However after the 30 day period past I had trouble with the float cutting of my unit and had to get a friend who is in the buinsee help me adjust it.. I gave them a "C"for quality because of the float. However, they did service the outdoor you very well

Everything was completed to my satisfaction, based upon the "Big Deal" purchase I made. I would normally have the indoor and outdoor coils cleaned along with the blower, however that was not part of the deal I purchased.

A very polite fellow named Shawn B. arrived on time, quickly found the problem, explained that it was probably caused by the storm we had a few days earlier, fixed it, and only charged me $75.00 for everything.

The unit was low on freon or whatever they use now and a bid for intervention was supplied. Follow up was prompt. I did not hire them to replace the coil or unit. Another company added freon/coolant and added sealant to block possible Pinholes in the coil.

He arrived on time and checked the heat pump. He submitted a written report and was very thorough My local electric company picked up the tab, under terms of a special promotion.

The service was quite good. The young man was polite and knowledgeable. He explained the problem to me and was able to repair it on the same day.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. They were quick, did what they were supposed to do and got in and got out. There were no additional charges.
