Our experience with that company was phenomenal. It is the best service that we've had. We were very impressed with the services they provided. We would absolutely use them again.

It turned out well. I was pleased. I like that they were prompt, professional, and very friendly. I did have an issue with the motor and they are replacing it. They did not charge because of the warranty. The price was reasonable.

Daniel did a very professional and good job. He gave us a good quote, and listened carefully to what we wanted done. He came with his men, on time, and made sure the job was clear and started right. The men did a good, careful, and clean job. Daniel called the next day to be sure we were completely satisfied, which we were. Another of the highly rated Angie's list companies wanted to pressure us to replacing the air conditioner and furnace at the same time. We didn't want to do this at this time, and Armstrong had no problem doing what we wanted.

The man who came for the first assessment was prompt, thoughtful and thorough. He noted a problem with the wiring that caused the lack of cooling and scheduled. He needed to squeeze under a porch to check out parts of the system but never complained. Wore coverings on his shoes when he came in the house. The guys who came on the second visit were honest in admitting that they failed to read the notes correctly from the first visit. It meant a slight 90 minute delay in fixing the unit, which was not a problem since I work at home. I have already scheduled them to check the AC in a condo.

Phenomenal. The office manager was responding to my emails, even during Memorial Day weekend, in order to answer my questions and keep me updated on how they would perform their service. My AC unit broke after I had scheduled the tune up, so the tech said he would still perform all that he could in order to get it fixed for less than the cost of my home warranty deductible. He was extremely courteous on the phone with me, treated my family professional and had the broken AC unit fixed within 30 minutes of being at my house. Great company and will use them again for sure.

Daniel showed up on time to provide an estimate. He promised to have a completed estimate within 24 hours as I was talking with several other contractors. Later that day, he sent me two detailed estimates via e-mail. I called and asked him a couple questions then chose the more expensive option (which was approximately $1,000 less than the 2nd lowest estimate). Installation was scheduled later in the week. Eddy and Richard (installers) showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. Despite un-expected installation issues, they managed to complete the installation the same day. They were very careful picking up their trash, removing the old air conditioner and making sure everything operated okay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services in the future. In fact, I plan to have them return soon to install an air filter on the new unit.

Tech arrived on time, and proceeded to diagnose the problem, which was that system was low on refridgerent. Added 3 LBS of R-22 to system, no further problems to date.

I signed up for Angie's list on Saturday (5/10) because I was having issues with my AC. I ordered the inspection from Armstrong, but I was unaware that the earliest service date would be the following Monday. I ended up choosing a provider that could service our unit the same day (Fresh Air). I contacted Armstrong and they instructed me to contact Angie's list directly to receive a refund. Armstrong was very professional and replied quickly to my email.

Stated all was working fine.

The technician arrived promptly and spent approximately an hour checking my AC system both inside and out. He went into the attic as well as checking the outdoor part of the system. He was courteous and friendly. He found no problems with my system.

Sercives what needed, identified needed areas on concern and let me know that it was not critical to be fixed. Very Honest!

The HVAC guy showed up checked the refrigerant levels, when they checked good he basically packed up and left. I asked about the cleaning and he told me they did not need it. I find it hard to believe that I have the coils are so clean since I have never had them cleaned. I did not press the matter since someone intent on doing a half assed job will do more damage than repair. Needless to say the repairman never looked at the ductwork. I'll chalk the $100 spent to lessons learned. HVAC tune ups are a scam and this company is definitely not worth calling.

The service was great and very cheap for what they did. I had a complete tune-up on my HVAC system before the hot summer kicks in. All critical components were checked to ensure a carefree summer in Virginia.

I was very pleased with their service. They were able to schedule the tune up very promptly, arrived right on time and provided a detailed assessment of my system. I like that I received a sheet listing the voltages, amperage, psi, air temperature and so forth. I was not pressured to purchase any fancy add-ons like some places do. I had them tune up the system at my house and at a rental property we own. They were able to coordinate with my rental manager easily. When the time comes I would definitely trust them to install a new system. I've found my HVAC contractor!

The guy who came was on-time and professional. We just purchased our house and the A/C unit is at least 15 years old, maybe more, so we had a lot of questions for him. He answered all of our questions about replacing the unit, how much longer it will last, what we can do to help with energy efficiency in our house. He said our A/C unit is in great shape and will probably last at least a few more years, but that we may want to consider replacing it sooner since the newer ones are much more energy efficient. He never once tried to hard sell us on a replacement unit! I will definitely use them again for our annual HVAC tune-ups and will definitely consider them when we do choose to replace our A/C unit.

I think they did a good job. I think they may have also needed to fill the gas.

Have had Daniel perform numerous heat pump related jobs around my house. Very professional and punctual. Knows his craft well. Might not be the cheapest around, but is one of the better workers I have encountered.

It was pretty good. We've used them before.

Daniel went to our home the next day and repaired the problem. Definitely recommend!

I utilized the Angie's list special for an HVAC tune up. I purchased two, as we have two heat pump units. I was very surprized at the customer service. I was schedule quickly in a time slot convenient to me. The company confirmed by e-mail and telephone the day before and day of the service. They called on the day of the service to tell me the technician would be 15 minutes late due to a problem in the previous appointment. I was impressed with that. The technician, Chris, was friendly, respectful and seemed to be very competent. He patiently answered all the questions I had. I did not have any technical problems, so I cannot report on repair issues, but I will continue to use Armstrong simply because of their responsiveness and an outstanding first impression regarding their customer service.

It was good. They were very prompt and they came out quickly and did what they needed to do. I was having a problem with my system and they were out within a day or two.

This was for a rental property, so I can't rely on my tenants to change filters on the reg or do routine maintenance. The Armstrong team came out and took care of filters and did a diagnosis on the system. it required some coolant, which was market price.

We were very pleased with the technicians professionalism and knowledge.

He scheduled it right away, was very courteous to my tenants and left a very clean job. I've used him several times now and he has never disappointed me.
