The Upholstery Shop

It was great. It is a local shop, which was really great to work with. They were reasonably priced, responsive, helpful, friendly, the fabric selection is great, and I love the fabric we ended up with.

They were fantastic. We had the chairs for about 30 and they were really beaten up. They did the re-upholstery and the chairs are phenomenal. They look good and it feel comfortable when we sit on them. They did it on time. They did a little rush because we wanted them for Christmas. We actually had them for Thanksgiving too and it was really nice. I would use them again. The price seemed reasonable. They did excellent work. They also picked up and delivered the chairs which was very good. We took one chair with us. We don’t cars to accommodate six chairs. They did that when they said they would do it. They did the work really well. They even cleaned up the wood part of the chairs too which wasn’t part of their job.

Our old chair was brought back to new condition by the Upholstery Shop. In addition to the new fabric extra firm cushions were installed. We couldn't believe our eyes. It looked and felt like a brand new chair. We are very pleased!

The Upholstery Shop let me take home a whole shopping bag of fabric options. A week later, I returned the fabrics and informed the shop of my choices. They picked up my furniture within a week. Three weeks later, my furniture was delivered with the new upholstery. They did a beautiful job, which has held up well.

I dropped off the items I wanted re-upholstered. They suggested and helped me pick out fabric. They gave me a completion date and it was done on that date.

It went very smoothly. The only issue I've had is in terms of parking.

I actually helped my 80 year old dad with this and when I saw that they provided a senior citizens discount I thought I would look into it. They used the existing over-sized panel sheers to make the ones. The fabric choice was great, the pricing was extremely competitive and the shop is family owned and you can tell they care about their customers. The product quality is great and they delivered it about 1 week earlier than expected. I would highly recommend The Upholstery Shop.

It went marvelously. They were quick and returned the couch when they said they would. They were helpful in choosing the fabric and it just went excellent.

Offered a pick up and delivery service which was awesome. The work is excellent, the pieces look new! His price was less than half of what I had been quoted. Service was prompt and without any issues! Definitely would call them again, and honored my Angie's list discount!!

So pleased with the workmanship of The Upholstery Shop. Owners were easy to work with and offered helpful advice on the project. Slipcover they created fits perfectly, and attaches with velcro to ensure that it stays taut. It looks as if the bench had been reupholstered.

The work took about a month, and was good quality. I do think that the cost was higher than expected at $100 for faux leather.

The time had come when we needed either to replace our 30-year-old sitting room furniture, or have it reupholstered. We had assumed that reupholstering would be prohibitively expensive, but because of the quality and design of our furniture we hoped it might be affordable. We were given a quote by Eddie, owner of The Upholstery Shop, and were pleasantly surprised by its affordability?little more than what it would have cost to replace the furniture. He was able to better the discounted cost of the fabric offered by another company we had considered. His estimate included some repair costs, whereas the other company's quote included a $1,000 contingency should any repairs be necessary. We are completely satisfied with the dealings we had with Eddie, and with the finished product.

I could not have been more pleased! Price was a bit high but considering the amount of work done it was within reason. They did pick up and delivery and were very professional and helpful. I will absolutely use them again!

We have always found hom to be the best!

I supplied the fabric which I purchased through my designer. I had used the shop years ago and had been very satisfied.

They also made and upholstered a base to fit in each chair to support the seat cushions. It took a little longer than estimated but the quality of their work is superb. The chairs look great.

They did an excellent job and it looks brand new. They were very helpful. The work was done as they promised.

I waited several weeks for them to call but they never did. Finally when I called them they didn't know what I was talking about and when they finally found the order they told me they never got the fabric in as it was on back order for possibly another 4 months. Had to go back to store to get the ottoman and brought it to another upholsterer.

They are terrific. Eddie is very responsive, has a great eye for detail and went out of his way to make certain I received what I wanted. I will certainly use them again!
