They are backed by Good Housekeeping and I really like that. They are responsive and they do good, quality work. They cleaned up after themselves each day and I never found any loose nails anywhere.

The repairs done by St. Joseph's included removing shingles along two valleys and installing ice and water shields, apron flashings, and new shingles. The work was done in July 2006, and after six months, we have had no more leaks. Everyone we dealt with was very professional, and the work was done right the first time! I don't know how the price compares with other roofers, since we didn't get other estimates.

I made an appointment for an estimate. Since the problem is visible from the street, I was told I did not need to be at the house. Kevin called me in the morning to say he would be at the house in about two hours. To my knowledge he never showed. I called the company and left a voicemail message and also left a voicemail message on Kevin's cell phone, but never heard back from anyone.

The estimators were friendly and had good communication throughout the process. They had to come back to remove some turbines, and they did so without hesitation. The new roof looks great!

THEY ARE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE BUT THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON MY ROOF. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WAY IT ALL TURNED OUT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS THE PRICE, BUT IT TURNED OUT TO BE WORTH IT.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I HAD A PIECE OF GUTTER THAT CAME OFF AND THEY CAME RIGHT BACK OUT AND FIXED IT WITH NO TROUBLE. THEY WERE VERY NICE GUYS AND I WAS VERY PLEASED.
