I’ve been a customer of St. Joe’s since 2011. I recommend them for the high quality of their work and their explanations of what they are doing. I am also highly appreciative of their politeness and responsiveness. They had made repairs to my roof vent in 2011 and replaced it in 2015. In the summer of 2024 I noticed several shingles missing and asked them to repair it. Before repairing they did an inspection and told me that they saw signs of storm damage, and so they recommended a second inspection with my insurance company. They engaged a service that over 4 months worked with my insurance to get all the necessary repairs paid for (except for my deductible). When the moneys were approved they came out a third time to review with me the scope of work and options like replacing soffit and fascia boards. Two weeks after I accepted the proposal the work was completed. There was a fourth visit by a company inspector 3 days after at which two follow-up items were noted. The only thing I’d change about their service was when the day came to change my roof, I wished I asked them to avoid noisy work before 9 am. For my part, I wish I had spoken with my community’s Architectural Review Board at the beginning of the process – this would have made for the smoothest process between myself and my community.

Long time from discovering roof damage due to hail to having the roof replaced, but SJR was there for the entire process working with my insurance provider and keeping me updated. Once the approval came in and the weather permitted, the roof was replaced (had the gutters done also) very professionally and very quickly! The job was completed as advertised and as expected. The follow-up inspection was completed in the same professional manner and any concerns/questions I had were addressed and/or answered. Thank you SJR to giving me the piece of mind by having a roof that will last longer than I expect to be around!

St. Joseph's handled everything from the storm damage with patience and we are really pleased with the new, stronger, roof. It looks great and also looks like it'll last for 50 years! And we haven't found any yard debris - the cleanup was impressive.

If I could give more than 5 stars to this review, I 100% would. What started out as a "standard roof replacement" turned into a project that involved new gutters and insulation for our attic. We shopped around to multiple vendors for consideration of all 3 elements of our scope. St. Joseph's was the best decision because they were able to complete all three projects from their network and they offered a competitive/fair price. I never felt like they were trying to oversell something to me or complicate the process. Every person I talked to was honest, fair, and clear - a very big value add when considering such a large home investment. Once the work began, St. Joseph's was highly communicative in each phase of the project and were able to adapt to my schedule. I was always in the know. The installation of the roof was such a positive experience - there were multiple guys all were so friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently and were super clean afterwards! I found no trash in my yard as a result of their work (I cannot say the same about my neighbors who went with a different roofing contractor). The installation of the gutters was quick and seamless as was the insultation project. Finally, they came out and did a final inspection of the project before charging me. To me, this speaks volumes of their character, ethics, and putting the clients first. I will always recommend this company to anyone who will listen! Know that you will be in good hands if you choose St. Josephs!

The entire experience with SJR was top notch; each person we interacted with throughout the process was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. We were kept informed as to the schedule and the status of each phase of work. Everything was done at the time they said it would be, crews were on time and worked hard until completed. It took less time than we expected and the finished result looks fabulous. Highly recommend, we will not hesitate to contact SJR if we need other work done.

The SJR team was timely and professional throughout the entire process, helping to replace our storm damaged asphalt shingle roof last month, April 2024. After a near year long process with our insurance carrier and empty lip service from a local competitor, it was lucky happenstance SJR came across our doorstep at exactly the right time. Everyone heard out our situation, made phone/email/house calls as scheduled and always on time, and within about 1.5-month from meeting absolutely crushed our 30+ SQ re-roof in just 1-day. Huge thanks for SJR's tremendous effort, hard work, and dedication to high-quality customer service...it's unfortunate "customer first" companies like SJR are a dying breed among corporate sellouts.

We replaced our roof. The workers were punctual and expert. The work was done efficiently. Our roof looks great and is the envy of my neighbors. My front and back yard were cleaner once the crew finished and left. Ask for Eddie if you call them.

I had researched companies before approaching St. Joseph's Roofing, as well as another contractor, for an estimate. While cost was a consideration, it was more important to us that the job be done right so as to avoid problems in the future. The estimator, Tim Kelly, took his time in examining our roof - both from inside the attic (looking for water damage, etc.) and outside. In the process, he identified several issues that we were unaware of, including a problem with the ventilation of one of our bath fans. Tim was very responsive in answering the many questions that I had about the estimate and schedule. He also made adjustments to the proposal where needed to ensure that we were both clear about the scope of work. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the quality of work performed by St. Joseph's as well as the diligence of the crew that labored almost 12 hours straight to get the old roof off and the new one installed.

We are pleased to offer a 5 star excellent rating for St. Joseph’s Roofing (SJR) because they provided excellent services for us. We contacted SJR due to a leak in our roof. SJR investigated the source of the problem and through diligent research determined that our roof had been damaged by a hail storm. SJR coordinated the resolution of the insurance issues and ultimately installed a new roof on our house. In addition to all of the preceding and their excellent roofing work, it was a pleasure to work with all the professional at SJR.

The roof installation was very good. Quick and professional. The initial estimate was high, but they were willing to come down to be comparable with a competing bid. Overall, good communication with all people I interacted with and the quality of the work seems very good.

St Joseph's Roofing Inc. responded immediately to my call after shingles began flying off my roof. Staff efficiently worked with us throughout the entire process preparing us for each stage: assessment, insurance claims, ordering, installing, clean-up, and follow-up. Other services of gutter and insulation were done also well. Communications were clear and staff from each department very professional.

I highly recommend working with their partner insurance adjuster, who was able to process my insurance claim and get a great settlement. St. Joseph's partner subcontractor also did great work on the interior damage repairs and painting.

They replaced our roof in January 2023. They were prompt with responding to our questions and with getting the work done. They arrived at 7am and we're done cleaning up our yard by 2:30pm. Very pleased with the workmanship and the professionalism from all of their employees.

After incurring hale damage to a 22-year-old roof, I researched quality and price-rated companies and requested estimates from 4 including St. Josephs Roofing. I filled out their online form and Kiki called to schedule a mutually convenient inspection. Nicholas arrived as scheduled and performed a thorough on-sight roof inspection. He spent an hour explaining their process, and answered all of my questions. A few days later, a draft contract containing a detailed estimate was emailed for my review. Nicholas called to ensure that the contract had arrived and to let me know that he was available to answer questions and address any modifications and concerns, such as gutter screens and the removal of an attic fan to meet code. I and my insurance company approved the modified contract and I signed. Kiki called to schedule a mutually acceptable start date for the reroofing to begin. On The morning of the scheduled date the reroofing crew arrived on-site early with all materials and manpower necessary to complete the job in 2 days. Because the roof is steep, all personnel wore safety harnesses. As a final touch, Kevin, a metalsmith, arrived to replace the copper roofs over our front bay windows and did an excellent job. With the work concluded, a Quality Assurance inspector arrived to inspect every aspect of the roof to assure customer satisfaction and address any final concerns before payment. My overall rating of the process and quality of workmanship 5-star, It exceeded my expectations, and I’m pleased to recommend St. Josephs Roofing as a highly satisfied customer.

I researched and received 6-8 quotes from various vendors. St. Joseph's roofing was not the cheapest, but by far had the best materials, professional staff, and straightforward customer service. I would highly recommend them to any neighbors, friends, or co-workers that need roofing, gutters, or other exterior house projects done.
