Be very careful when receiving a quote from them. They will have you sign a quote based on "expected" work and time, but then when that work is not completed they still want to charge you the same amount.

I love my new roof! I wish I could update the "Type of service", because I began with requesting an estimate for gutter replacement, but, knowing that my roof would need replacement also in the near future, I ended up hiring Roofing & More to replace my roof, not just the gutters. Roofing and More is great, easy to work with, and honest. They created a detailed and easy-to-understand proposal for the work, and they kept me informed throughout the process and introduced me to the people managing my project. When I had questions about the work they sent the project manager to my home to look over it with me. I intend to use this company again for upcoming work to my house, too (windows, next).

I do not recommend Roofing & More, Inc. When the salesman (Oscar) came out I was expecting a quick quote for replacing a skylight, replace some shingles and several other roof related items. He gave an overall assessment of the roof (Solid & Strong), but then started to 'suggest' other items that should be done. This took over 45 minutes and then writes up a quote which took another 25 minutes with items I did not want. He then offered 10% OFF and if I signed up right at that moment he would take another 10% off. So, this tells me how much Roofing & More really gouges on the labor rate and the upsale of miscellaneous items. The work that was completed was ok. The skylight which was replaced was older so the new one did not fit perfectly. Of course, there is some trim work that I need to do now around the skylight because they only do this as 'additional' work. This should be included. I understand some paint chipping or a little drywall coming off, but having to put trim around the entire skylight should be a known possibility by this company. We had a chimney cap that needed to be secured and that was done as if a 2 year old had done it. It was placed on crooked. We were in a hurry to get these things done due to schedules and weather. If I had to do it again, I would get several more quotes. Also, their job coordinator was calling almost every day prior to the job. I believe trying to stress how 'customer oriented' they want to be. After the job was completed, I never heard from them again. Not even to ask if I was satisfied with the work This truly shows where a company's priorities are coming from. Roofing & More is only in it to squeeze as much $$ out of you and give the impression that customer service is important.

Very professional business from the custormer services, estimator, project coordinator through the gentlemen that did the repairs. The team also replaced a broken attic fan and inspected entire roof. Company I plan to call again and again as needed.

They promised the project would be done by a certain date and missed the date by over a week.

cancelled first appointment, Came 2 hours late second appointment.and did not call to tell us they would be late. Misevaluated the task and asked for much higher cost to properly fix. I chose to have them fix with no gaurentee because I was not going to have skylite replaced as it was 7 years old and a Pella product. Woupd not recommend them. Also they have a coordinator, sales person etc. plus workers to add to cost.
