MR STUMPY

Mr Stumpy was very prompt and friendly when he came out to look at the stumps I wanted ground. He remembered me from other times that he had been out to our neighborhood to grind stumps. He took care of all the ones that I wanted done and cleaned up the area afterwards. Not only did he get the stumps, but the bigger root systems too. I forgot to ask him to do one small stump. Trying to dig it up myself has made me appreciate what he does even more. I will call him again when I need my stumps ground.

Kerry was great. He provided a very reasonable estimate (I had 4 companies bid the job) of the work w/in 24hrs and was accommodating of my schedule. He performed the stump grinding in an efficient manner w/ minimal mess diligence to avoid damage to surrounding plants and structure. What little was created he cleaned before leaving the job site. He even locked the gate latch on the fence which is a much a appreciated but all too rare courtesy. If I ever need another stump addressed I will be sure to call him first.

I rate his services as excellent. He was very confident. He does his job efficiently and I have absolutely no complaints about them. He had done two jobs for me. He charged me less than the original estimate. When he went in he said that it could be $150.00. It was easier for him what he thought, so he dropped the price. It was a good experience. He came in and gave me a straight forward estimate. He asked me if he could cut the wood and I said yes. He got right into it. He did not leave a mess. Some companies make a messy business but he did a good job of clean up, the best he could. He told me that it was not like last time, this time the stumps were easier, so he dropped the price. It was like a painless kind of experience. I would not go with anybody else.

Process was easy. He was very responsive and did his job very well. I would definately use him again.

It was a very good experience. They took care of it and eventually we have even been able to grow grass over that spot.

Mr. Stumpy ( Kevin Carrico) gave us an estimate and removed a 14-16 inch tree stump. He returned our phone call promptly and did what he said he would do. His work was neat. He did not mess up the yard bringing the machine ( rather large like a small tractor ). He worked quickly and we were very statisfied. We would use him again.

Left a voice mail and got a response the next day. He said he'd waive the minimum charge because I was close by and the stump was small. Completed the job ahead of his estimated time. Note that the price doesn't include removing the debris (which was fine with me, because it filled up the hole nicely). Very good service!

We were very pleased. He calls back quickly and keeps you informed. There was not a long wait. He's a pleasant guy, and does a great job at a great price. We've used him before at our previous house. We'd definitely use him again.

After trying to remove a rather large stump with a shovel, chainsaw and huge pry bar, I called Mr. Stumpy who made my troublesome stump go away in a flash. No reason to call anyone else for stump grinding.

Set up appointment at specified time. Got a satisfactory estimate and authorized the work. As he had brought his tools he began the job immediately and finished shortly thereafter.

Super fast, great price. Sure... it was a small stump... but given the amount of time it would have taken me the price was well worth it. Definately will use again if I need future work.

Mr. Stumpy did a great job. The job took less time than he expected so we were billed less than the estimate that was given to us. He did a great job protecting our brand new siding as well. Overall great job at a great price. Mr. Stumpy is also very personable. We will definitely use him again.

Mr Stumpy/Kerry was great! Very upfront and personable guy who let me know he could address grinding out the stumps but not the trimming or removal of trees. Kerry immediately showed his credentials and insurance. Gave a background of his business. It was nice to know he started out as a customer upset over how he was treated when it came to his home. Kerry did refer a tree service that does excellent work and who kindly came over to give estimate to address the trees. We had an unexpected death in family which caused us to put a hold on this work. We now have decided to use a company that can do all at same time, grind stumps and remove trees. Would recommend Mr Stumpy for those stumps that need grinded out. Just be aware that all stumps cannot be grinded out if within vicinity of a live tree or bush without damaging. Its great to know when I need just the stumps done that there is a company that does just that!!

Mr. Stumpy came to my home and give me an estimate for stump-grinding in Mid-May. Estimates from other firms were less, but one wanted a panel of the fence removed, and another said his equpment couldn't get into my small yard. Mr. Stumpy said he could get the grinder in with minimal damage to existing plants, and without touching the fence, which he did. When he gave me the estimate he said that he doesn't haul away the debris, but he did put it back into the hole and blew the patio clean. He doesn't set up a schedule, but calls the day before. About three weeks after the estimate he set up the job, and came on time. The whole job took less than an hour; maneuvering the machine in and out took more time than the actual grinding.

Mr Stumpy is professional and friendly, and is reasonably priced. Highly recommended. I've used him twice for limb removal and stump grinding.

It was fine. I would recommend them. They did what they said they would do. I had to carry out my own wood chips because they don't do that.

Excellent and professional service start to finish. They were able to do the work without anyone having to be at the house. Everything was taken care of and cleaned up when they got home. Also, his estimate was considerably lower than the other places we called. We will definitely use Mr. Stumpy next time there is a need and highly recommend their services.

He was extremely courteous and helpful, and removed the stumps in such a way that you would never know that there had been a tree there. His price was also better than the competitors'. I would definitely recommend him highly.

Mr. Stumpy removed the stumps as discussed even though I could not be home at the time. He was punctual and efficient. I would hire him again.
