I had three highly rated roofing contractors submit bids. Metro was the lowest by a couple of thousand dollars. I searched for a difference between the proposals and could not find a reason that the other bidders were so much higher than Metro. They were all using exactly the same shingles, underlayment and other materials. The only difference was that Metro proposed using 25% more nails in every shingle. The roof was done in one day the next week and it looks wonderful.

I had spoken with Mr. Le in 2020 just before Covid changed our lives. He did a complete evaluation including satellite pictures and proposed a plan to replace my 32 year old roof. He gave me a fair price with no pressure to proceed. After not proceeding last year with the installation, I again contacted Mr. Le this spring. He was swift in responding, remembered my inquiry from last year and proceeded to give me a fair price including a discount. The work was completed within a day and I was provided with a pictures of the project including some plywood damages found under the old roof. Added expenses were minimal and the installers were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. I completely recommend the Metro Renovator Group for your roof installation needs.

Metro Renovator Group and their representative, Raymond Lee, replaced my entire roof, to include new plywood sheathing and architectural shingles. His quote process was simple and straightforward. No payment was required until project was completed to our satisfaction. All the new roofing materials were delivered and were placed on the roof in less than 40 minutes. The next day, their 12-man crew arrived at 0700 and started promptly at 0730. Raymond was on site throughout the day. Their crew members worked efficiently and safely. Cleanup was continuous. I only provided one electrical outlet for them to use to recharge their power tool battery packs. Work was completed shortly after 1400, and after a final magnetic sweep of the driveway and perimeter of the home, the roofing crew departed by 1545. I was impressed by the whole process from start to finish; extremely satisfied with how the work was executed, and totally delighted at the final results. I whole heartedly recommend Metro Renovator Group for home renovation needs.

Well done! I noticed few missing shingles on our roof so I was looking for a roof repair then Raymond from Metro Renovator Group came inspected our roof and found more wind damages. Raymond walked us through the entire insurance claiming process and got our claim approved with full replacement of our roof. This was totally unexpected! I could not be happier with the job Metro Renovator did on our home. I did get some lower quotes, but I rarely go with the lowest bidder. Been burned that way before. This was by far the best value we found, in terms of workmanship, warranties, and materials. They were in and out in one day, and left the site just the way they found it.
