I can't recommend Travis enough! I just had one of the best experiences of any home service company to date. He is truly honest, was willing to work within my budget, and is clean and professional. It's important to me and my family that we support small local businesses when we can. I'm so glad we supported Travis' company. I would be remiss if I did not mention how genuinely sweet and caring this man is! Service provided: My townhouse ducting system has never been cleaned. (Honestly, I have never thought it necessary.) But after returning home from summer trips, I kept smelling a general funk in the air. After cleaning and replacing various things in the home, I discovered it had to be the vents. Travis has a very reasonable starting fee for cleaning. He also showed no interest in upselling and has no additional hidden fees. It's clear that he will only give his honest opinions, but will only provide what the homeowner asks for. Having said that, we discovered a great deal of mold in my system, upon inspection. I was ill prepared to pay more than the initial cost of the basic cleaning. We were able to work out a VERY reasonable cost to deal with the mold remediation and I am so pleased with every bit of my experience. I'll be calling him back to sweep my chimney next! Thank you, Travis!

the team of 2 arrived on time. They were efficient in their tasks. They performed gutter cleaning and of course needed access to the exterior hoses to flush out the gutter, and returned them neatly to their storage locations.

Showed up when they said and were responsive to all questions.

Great techs, but they were constantly trying to upsell everything. Got annoying.

The technician was exceptionalâ  -professional, courteous, knowledgeable at a high level, and hardworking. The only reservations which, for me, keep this from being a perfect score for JP Home Services are; 1- the portable vs truck -based air suction capacity; And 2- not starting the cleaning with an empty receptacle to receive the dust, dirt, pet hair. The only way fir the homeowner to measure how much was removed in the cleaning is to see the empty receptacle before, then whatâ  s in the receptacle upon completion!
