Came in got new well pump installed good company.

The communication with this company went well at the beginning before we signed the contract. However, we ended up really bad experience with this business and the owner that leads me to write this review. • On the day they entered our site to start drilling a new well, no one called or notified me and my general contractor of their mobilization. • On the same day, we had county inspectors visiting our site. While the county inspectors walking around the site with us including my construction manager, the well drilling crew started using a saw to cut a large tree limb that appeared to be contacting their digging machine. The county inspector went up to stop them because it would damage the tree (which is outside of the limit of clearing) due to the way they were trying to cut. We were requested by the county inspector to hire a certified arborist to remove the tree limb before they can resume well digging. The county inspector specifically told me that the well contractor should be responsible for the tree service. I had to arrange the emergency tree service and that tree limb was cut by a certified arborist on the following day at 8AM which I paid $405 for. I notified Groundwater System on that day and went to the site several times, but no one showed up on that day to finish the job. It was a sunny day. I took pictures and sent to the county inspector. • The well digging crew did not come back to finish their work until two days after when weather changed, and their equipment stuck on our site. The owner called me and my general contractor asking for help demobilization of their equipment. I had to call my excavator who made special arrangement to help them out of our site on the following Monday at my expense (I paid $1,130). • After all that trouble, I received an invoice, including $2,250 standby time/access delay charges. I paid all other charges according to our contract but disputed the standby charge and sent them the emergency tree service invoice for compensation. As of today, I have not heard back from Groundwater system as regard to the dispute and emergency tree service invoice. • I will definitely not recommend this business and will not using them again.
