Ben evaluated my townhouse roof the previous fall after working on a nearby roof - he said it was still in decent condition (for being 24 years old) and he even replaced some missing shingles at no cost. This spring, my next door neighbor and I had him replace our roofs at the same time, and he gave us a great price. He and his team were professional and thorough. One of our shutters was accidentally broken by a ladder, and Ben immediately ordered a replacement, installed the new shutter and painted to match. He is professional, communicates along the way and very pleasant to work with. He cares about his work and his customers. It was an outstanding experience.

We couldn't be happier with the roof replacement. Ben and his crew worked around wet weather to get the complete job done in one day. The project involved remove the old roof , 3 attic fans and one skylight and installing new. During the process of scheduling we had great communications via text/email/phone , this way everyone was clear on what and when things would be done. My experience working with Ben Bernie of Dulles Roofing was uniformly excellent. From the initial contact through completion of my asphalt shingle roof replacement project, Ben was professional, punctual, available, and patient. Ben conducted a thorough inspection of my old roof, which had recently sprung a leak. Based on his assessment he provided multiple suggestions and recommendations for the project including, for example, replacement of roof vent pipe collars, gutter guards, attic fan, and chimney flashing. Ben was careful to address all of my questions and concerns. He then provided a concise and detailed 18 point written quote for the project at a price that was very competitive with prices of other roofing contractors working in my townhouse development. Ben kept me fully informed on project scheduling and planning, including working around inclement weather periods during February and March. There were no surprises. Ben and his crew installed the replacement roofing as proposed. Their efforts included project cleanup and making appropriate adjustments, such as replacing 4 sheets of plywood.
